I've been coming here when I need my nails done for a few years now, and the staff is so nice and do a good job with helping you find the right thing for you. I got dip powder nails yesterday for the first time and I loved them. The nail tech who did my nails did an amazing job and took her time. I will be coming here again !
if I can rate them a zero stars I would ! They were rude & disrespectful. One of the guys were yelling at me because he couldn’t do french nails right. Usually i come to this place a lot to get my toes done but it was different people that was working this day. So this is what i’m left with. He started to put the nails for the acrylic & took it all off ! This is unbelievable for a professional work place & bad for business. I’m so frustrated & dearly upset.
This location is inside the Eagle Ridge Mall. Right inside the movie theater side. Went in about 12 and they said 30 mins. There was only 2 people working at the time. It was only Wed so I waited. The lady who did my nails was awesome . Friendly and patient as I am picky. Tried out a new nail shape .I usually get square but I got the almond shape. They are a slight bit pointy but I love them. This was my first time going and I'll be back.
They staff here is so kind ..I enjoy coming back ...Especially to see 'T' she is very good at pedicures and she really takes her time ...They deserve more then 5stars!!
I switch between this salon and another salon often. This is the very last time I ever come here. Made me wait 15 minutes while they all chatted and laughed together and no one else was waiting in the salon. I got there at 6:30, well before closing time. They decided while doing my nails they wanted to close up shop and clear out their register. They asked me how I was paying 2 hours before they closed! I told them I had a gift certificate from my husband and they knew I was getting 3 different services. About an hour before close she decided to ask me again how I was paying and if I had cash. She told me what my balance would be and that I would only have 2 dollars left. I told her again I didn't have cash which she must have misunderstood before. I had more than enough to cover the services however, only $2 left for tip and I told her I could put it on my debit card. She acted like I should give up a service to rip her more when it was their fault to begin with!! Maybe if she was nicer, I would have but I am leaving for the beach tomorrow and I don't have time to go again before I leave... From then on my experience was unbelievable HELL. She smartly told me, "no they already closed the register" and then started insanely rushing like super fast and messy. She cut one of my fingers all up over and over. Then freaked out when she messed up a nail and I asked her to redo it. (It was awful) then she rushed through my toenails so fast it looks like my 4 year old did them and she didn't even trim them!!!! She rushed through my eyebrows after a smart remark about which room to use. Then after a couple seconds she was done and I darted out the door!!!! When I got home and took a closer look, this lady had cut a huge bald spot on one of my eyebrows. They are completely uneven and I'll have to pluck them again! This is a joke. The stars that she stuck on them are all coming off within hours and the different colors are all running together. I had to add a clear coat to them myself! I can't even fathom what happened. Unbelievable!!!!! Not to mention the fact that my nail was bleeding and she used all the tools with the nail dust from other people on it over and over and then put it right back. This is how fungus spreads!!!
It’s hard to find a nail salon that makes you feel welcome but this one did. They were very nice. They did a good job on my pedicure and full set of nails. I will definitely be back. They also clean the pedicure tubs as soon as you get up from it which I thought was good.
Never again! I've come here for years. The guy who did my my nails today. Went super fast and was really rough. Charged $10 more than what is listed. really rude and will never go back! Horrible experience.
I have been using this salon for well over a year. I've always been more than happy with my service. They do a great job on my nails and the pedicures are wonderful! However, today I was charged $15 more than my last visit on June 8th. I had the EXACT same thing done. The wonderful owners are out of town, so I couldn't speak with them. One of the techs told me the male owner must have made a mistake charging me the last time I was in. Needless to say, I was pretty aggravated when I left.
