The absolute worst experience I've had when getting my nails done. She kept cutting me with the drill, she would not stop after I asked many times to. The nails look horrendous not even a week. She couldn't do any designs but still charged me for them. 50 for what? A lesson learned.. stick to who you know even of its a month wait before they have an opening. Ahhh I'm so mad.

There was a lot of people there and they didn’t know who was next. Unorganized. They have no manners. Very rude. Never coming back. My nails are different sizes. She cut my finger and she rushed through my nails
Today I am writing this review from an observers point of view. I went to this place with my daughter because the first salon we went to didn't get it correct.
They were kind, friendly and took great care to make
sure that my daughter was happy with her mani and pedi. I didn't get anything done because I was so disappointed in the other salon. However, I am elated to say that I will be going back to get a pedicure for myself. I am glad that we found a better place to get Beautified. Thanks Everyone, see you soon.
I came to this nail salon for the first time on Thursday 4/28/22 for ombré acrylic nails. I had already been told not to go there because the quality was poor but because I was nearby and was short on time I had no choice. By Monday one nail at a time started coming loose. By Wednesday All the nails were loose. Thursday I came back to explain to the man with the blond and black hair that this was an unusual occurrence and if he didn’t mind fixing it however he used the excuse that it had already been a week and that it had to have been something that I had done. I explained that there’s no way that after one weekend that all my nails would have the same problem. He stated that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay. After much back and forth the man stated that he was no longer comfortable doing my nails. I explained to him that this was nothing to make personal however just to know that the products being used might not be of good quality I ended up leaving with my nails not fixed. Poor customer service and complete thievery. Not surprised because I was warned so this is a warning to everyone else. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
I have been coming here for years and never really had much of a problem. Until this last time. Got my fill-in on Saturday at 10 am. Had to return 2 hours later because 2 nails on the right hand were messed up (bubbling from the gel polish). He fixed them with no problem. Sunday I noticed 2 nails on the left hand doing the same. I called and told him I would be back to get them fixed but I did not want this same color. Said there would be 15 dollar charge!! For YOUR cheap or watered down nail polish, I'm required to pay? No thank you... They have lost a loyal customer... There is no reason for my nails to look like this after a couple of days!
Went in to have gel nail soked off and the na tech used a nother nail to pop off my nails telling me soke off take to long we'll after the first nail she pop off I asked her to please get something for my finger because she tore my real nail off to the skin she tried to continue and popping nails off telling me don't worry while I was bleading and in pain I ask her supervisor to tell her she need to attend to the bleading she caused and he said something to her in their language but she wanted to continue without addressing the problem telling me the medicine is in the back and don't worry I walk out that place the lake of just waiting to charge me and not wating to address the mastake is not good
Lady did my nails so bad and I kept telling her I don’t like it and she got mad and still did them all wrong. Why does she work there. Overpriced 45 for them to do it wrong and ugly.wouldn’t recommend at all !!!
