Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Stumbled into this establishment after being treated so rude at "Pro Nails" on Dogwood Rd.
Very nice staff, clean, and accommodating. Anna is awesome! She listened, was patient and gentle. I will definitely be back for manicure and pedicures. ????????????????????
????Poor service!!! Beware!!! Don’t go!!
I refuse to spend my money on a place that don’t respect their customers!!!????
the owner did these nails and was rushing the next day nails was literally peeling!! When I called and explained I live over an hour away and next time I come in for discount she refused!!! Absolutely Poor we need to stand up against these salons that think they can get away with this treatment!!!????????????
I'm sorry to report this. I've been here 3 times before this visit and had good results. This particular trip, my Autistic daughter and I had a glam day for her upcoming dance.
Her pedicure and manicure with her tech- flawless.
My gel fill-in, manicure and eyebrows- well done.
The issue? My pedicure. No time was allotted to soak my heels and I tend to get callouses on my heels. So when my tech went in with the "grater", I noticed some discomfort with my left heel that was worsened with the pumice-type filer.
Since it was a gel pedicure, I just slipped my feet back into my boots once finished. However as time progressed, the pain worsened. I got home, pulled of my boots- blood!
There were 2 hole- like injuries, (avulsions in medical terms) on my left heel and one on my right. Immediately, I returned to the shop to show them.
The nail tech was very apologetic and went to cleaning my wounds. The manager came across uncaring. She even stated," I don't want you to think we don't care, but it was an accident." Flatly. Repeated it twice. They both offered me a free regular pedicure.
I spent $220 between me and my daughter. In good faith, it would have shown more compassion if they refunded my pedicure. Everything else was fine, even gave a tip.
Had to take a trip to Urgent Care, was bandaged up and given oral antibiotics with stern instructions to only receive medical pedicures in the future. Although I'm a controlled, low A1C Type 2 Diabetic, I won't take further chances.
There might be some further training needed for the tech, but the manager maybe needs a refresher course in diplomacy.
It is a beautiful nail salon and the staff there is really nice It was my first time and Lieun (I hope I am not butchering his name) he did my nails and he got them to the length that I wanted. He also did my eyebrows and I love the way they look. I will be a returning customer.
I used to love this place but Mimi is very rude. One minute they don’t take appointments but for certain people they do. I will never return to this establishment. And I would advise anyone to go somewhere else!
so when you first walk in it looks nice but the techs are very rude. it’s $45 for gel acrylic and $5 extra for french tip so when i asked for that with glitter she said $175…. i said no i’ll get another design so i show her a pic of what i want. at first she said $20 extra for design i said on the price menu it says $15 and she got mad that i corrected her. so she starts my nails. she made the shape really nice but when it came for her to paint them she did a terrible job. i asked for a white fountain and and like a pink swirl design. she gave me a white that kinda looks brown on the nail, then when it came to her doing the swirls she kept messing up so idk why she didn’t ask someone else to do it. but she finished one hand and when she started the second hand there was a CRICKET ON THE TABLE!!! when she saw it she acted like it was normal and flicked it on the floor and then she got the nerve to tell me keep still like it wasn’t a cricket on the table. like she could have taken it outside but no left it on the floor crawling.????????‍♀️ and i still had to pay them $70 for something so sloppy. let’s just say i’ll never go there again
This would be a great place to come to if the Manager Mimi did not come with it. I too am a business owner and would never talk to repeat business the way she does. Overwhelming unprofessional and disrespectful without cause. I’ve seen her do this to customers on multiple occasions. Consistently changes practices. Missed her business course 101. If it weren’t for the relationship I have with my preferred technician this would most certainly not be a place I’d spend my money at.
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going. Techs seemed to be rushing… when I walked in, the customer at the first chair had to correct the tech’s math a few times. I was told the wait for my nails would be a few minutes but thirty minutes later I was still waiting with no updates and nobody checked in to let me know how much longer. When I went to leave and pay for my pedicure, *suddenly* someone was available for my manicure. Just not a very warm environment. Two stars since the lady that did my toes was friendly, efficient and nice.
