Charged me $50 for the ugliest pedicure I ever got. All uneven. Never will return. They didn't play music, vibes were off, and it also didn't look very clean. Nor did I see them sterilize any equipment entire time I was there. My toe still hurts from her aggression.
hate the nails first time there will never go there only reason i was there my regular place was already closed and they close at 5 bad mistake. Nails dont look like what i asked lady that did them didn't know how to do them my fault for letting her do my nails i should had left when i figured she did not know what she was doing!!!!! and still has the guts to ask for a bigger tip!!!!!! now you got a tip and a got glumpy looking nails that will need to get fixed!!!!!!!! horrible place!!!!!!!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. We were overcharged more than what they were quoted because I asked to have my nail cut down more, and questioned me about the tip in front of the whole store. The owner was absolutely rude and had no customer service. My daughter sitting next to me has a first timer practicing on her nails and had to change out people twice because he didn't know what to do. Do waste your time or money.
they also randomly charged me Over 120$ ???? i MONTH AFTER MY SERVICE when i haven’t been there since my first visit. i have to get a new card because they keep trying to charge more! i’ve never been more screwed over by a nail salon on my whole life
I went once now my card keeps being charged for services i’ve never received! i haven’t been back yet since i don’t often get my nails done but i keep getting charged! and they are fighting my bank! and i left a tip and they asked “you left just that for 3 people” i’m disgusted please be aware DO NOT GO HERE
We called before going they quoted 42 for a full set we made an appointment and My daughter went to get a full set and they took advantage of her they over charged her. they charged her 70 for a full set nothing else done. The lady was rude when my daughter question the price. I told my daughter not to tip her and the lady got mad because we decided not to tip due to an over charge of the nails and the lady’s attitude. Her nails are not even this is the worst job I’ve seen so far. we will never come to this place again they take advantage of teens with the ridiculous prices. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even though we did not tip the lady added 14 dollars more as her tip on the bill charging us 84 dollars for a simple full set. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges.
DONT GO HERE!!! If you want to be ripped if come here and get scammed. They’ll chase after you if they think you didn’t tip enough for their liking and they’ll randomly take more money out of your account!! Absolutely grimy people!
I would never ever use this place again for a pedicure. She was finished inn about 20 minuets and did a bad job. Then when I went to pay she charged me $20. When I’ve always paid $25 in the past. So I asked for a menu and it said $20 for a pedicure.. when I questioned her. She said that’s for ladies. So she clearly scammed me out of $5. It says nowhere on the menu for ladies or men. So everyone should be aware and ask the price before you have anything done. I learned a good lesson today.
