I absolutely love this place. this was my first time coming in. the price was pretty reasonable! I had a great conversation with my nail tech Tinn he was absolutely amazing!! and then enjoyed a pedicure would definitely recommend this salon. They have good prices and we're really sweet you don't find that often in Wichita!!
Awesome place been going here for about 5 months now and haven't been disappointed yet nail technicians are so kind and always do amazing jobs
Definitely don't recommend. Came in as a walk-in and they said they're busy. Asked if I wanted to make an appointment for later in the day and I agreed. Arrived about 5 minutes earlier the scheduled and asked to wait. I waited another 10 minutes and noticed walk-ins getting seated and served before me. After I had said something about that, they sat me down at a station where no one has acknowledged me. I left after waiting there for 40 minutes which would about the time it would have taken for what I wanted done. So don't waste your time at all here.
So the manager personally reached out to me the following day to make up for what happened. Overall a decent salon: clean, staff friendly, lots of color selection, comfortable chairs.
My nails look great ????they listen to me and do my nails how i want. They r very reasonable in price. I would recommend them

I ALWAYS have problems at this location, but today was the last straw!!! I went in for a full set and a polish change on my toes. I scheduled an appt and was told it would cost $60 at absolute most. It took over 2 hours (in an empty salon, btw) and they were so sloppy!! The paint doesn't even color all my nails, you can see the nail on the sides!! It was $70!!! Do not go here!!
I asked if they had openings and they said they could get me right in. Yeah….not true. Backed up for an hour. Plus even though we audibly said full set nails they kept asking about eyebrow waxing and laughing with customers. If your cool with shaming and waiting this is the place for you. It was spur of the moment decision and we should have known better. We will make appointment for our regular place tomorrow.
