Was needing a pedicure and manicure. What a disappointment! Didn't get hot towels on legs, hardly massaged my legs and feet. Made me bleed on 6 fingers. Gel polish on baby toe came off in less than 5 days. Thumb nail is cracked already and very sloppy application as seen on photo. Worker was more interested in video chat than doing nails. Staff is very rude. Other customer tried having a conversation with his nail tech but she wouldnt even crack a smile. Will never go back. (2pics attached. Just pushed back cuticles tonight)
Sadly, I walked out bleeding and was expected to pay full price. When I asked about discount the nail tech was angry and said I will give you $5 off $110 bill, when I tip more than that. She didn’t even check to make sure nails were same length.
I have been looking for a go-to nail place for some time now, and I finally found it! This salon does a wonderful job on their mani’s and pedi’s, and they last a long time! The workers are all friendly and nice. This is the salon I always go to now.
Worst and fastest pedicure I ever had .she barely scrubbed my feet. My polish was messed up on my big toe. I tried to talk to the lady she didn’t talk back .she has such a bad attitude. No smile nothing..Didn’t know her name but she had tattoos of stars on her hand. Never coming back. Also the nail polish is all old
I’ve tried several places in the area and I’m so happy that I’ve found Thao. She always does a beautiful job with my nails. I won’t go anywhere else so long as she continues to work here. My manicure and pedicure last for much longer than any other place I’ve been. Always a pleasant experience.

but the technician didn't understand what I was asking for and ended up doing a completely different design. The communication was definitely lacking and I was disappointed with the final result.
