I was there yesterday and the gentleman that did my pedicure was rude. He did not speak to me once other then to ask what color. I was very disappointed. Spending $95.00 on two pedicures for my friend and I was not worth it especially when you get treated like garbage!
Spent almost $300 and I felt very rushed…. The nail tech was more worried about getting his Burger King than the paying customer in front of him…. I asked for coffin shape and still ended up with square. I was rushed while picking one I wanted black and red and ended up with hot pink and purple…. I stated mulptile times that I did not like the color yet he kept going and said “at least it matches your lipstick..”. when I requested a color change, Cindy was very rude and said it was “too much of a process” and I would have to pay….. it looked like a child had done them.. I hated my nails… would never go back
Went to get a full set, the lady was very unprofessional, kept texting and looking at her phone, was eating in the back room waiting for the acrylic to dry and came out still chewing with her mask off and a worker came in without a mask on. The lady was grinding my skin shaping the acrylic and made me bleed on two fingers, made most of them crooked, and not the right or same shape at all, didn’t fill them in all the way, left gel polish on the underside and tips of the nails and cured it that way, didn’t cut my natural nails, and made a couple of them completely crooked and left bumps of acrylic before she painted them and never fixed it. Not worth the $50 they charge, thankfully I had a gift certificate for $35 and only had to actually pay $15. That was my first and last time ever going there
Absolutely love this salon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My tech did an absolute AMAZING job on my nails in a very timely manner,also very affordable ????????
I wanted a pedicure and they had no NONLATEX gloves. I'm allergic to latex so I said I couldn't have it done. They did my pedicure with without gloves. Which I know my feet are clean and ok, but they don't know that for everyone. Also did not receive callous treatment as described in the options. As I'm not from the area, I did not know they only accept cash tips. I do not carry cash, and I didn't feel like my pedicure or service was worth more than the $45 it cost already.
First time I went the guy did really well on my nails. The second time someone else did them and my nails are VERY sore and I have multiple cuts from the file. I also didn't see them change out tools between people. I also did not get the shape I wanted, each nail is a different shape. I want to remove them but I feel bad after paying $50.
Little pricey but they did good job.
Wife waited on the couch for over an hour and they took people back who came after her. Eventually we left, would not recommend unless you enjoy sitting on a couch.
