I walked in and was taken back immediately. I was taken care of by Stephanie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient with, being someone who knows nothing about getting nails done. I told her what kind of look I wanted and she walked me through what she was doing and why she did it the way she did. The nails turned out lovely and she added decals and a reverse color underneath as well. I was so very happy with her work and I would definitely go back. Thank you!! ????
Kai was my tech and she is the sweetest Tech ever! Her demeanor is warm, kind and patient. Her work is skilled excellence. My hands look beautiful and classy! Everyone was very happy and upbeat there. The techs talked with one another in such a sweet way- greeting as they walked in and saying bye as they left out. I hadn't been to a nails shop with such friendly professionals in a while. Grateful I randomly stopped in. I'll be back for sure!
I LOVE them! The service is always amazing and they always make sure to take their time so they can deliver exactly what you asked for. The owner and Ivy are so funny and kind and always ensure that its an enjoyable experience! 10/10 could not recommend more!
Under New Management! Enjoyed my experience! When I came in, I was reluctant due to a bad experience from years ago. However, the new management definitely cares about his clients I was greeted at the door. Smooth experience. No wait. I received a gel overlay….looks really good. I will come back.
Everything about this place is absolute perfection! I love everything about how my nails came out, my technician was friendly, gentle, and welcoming. The place is beautiful and I believe everyone should come here at least once! ????
went my first time to this salon and was overall satisfied. i was in and out and the tech did a good job. except when i woke up the next morning i had lost 3 of the small rhinestones on my right hand. i didn’t even do anything with my hands. overall good experience except the rhinestones not being secure
Tim and his team are amazing! Very friendly and efficient. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 5:30. Early that afternoon he called me to confirm I was coming in. When I arrived a little early, they took me and my daughter back right away. I initially scheduled for 2 pedi's but added 2 mani's - no problem at all and didn't have to wait. Also, place is well lit and clean. I live a half hour away but driving to Merrillville to see Tim is worth it!
Loved the staff they were awesome!!! Love my nails so Much they paid attention to detail and took time and effort to make them look awesome definitely I'm going back
