I had a horrible experience! I went there two days ago. I arrived at 6:08 pm as a walk in and I understood they closed at 7 so I asked would they have time to do a gel manicure and pedicure. I was completely understanding if they said no as I was coming in late but they said of course and got me in right away. The pedicure was decent but no scrub no massage or anything they just clipped my nails and painted them then put lotion on at the end and charged me $50 for that. My negative review is more for the manicure. I have natural long nails which have been taken care of by a different nail salon but since my regular artist is out of town I needed someone to help me out until she returns. I asked for hard gel to be applied as well to help support my nails which I usually get and have no issues with them. I saw Annie and though she talked about how great of a job she did and giving herself compliments the entire visit she filed the hard gel down all the way after applying it and basically made my nails weaker than what they were before and only put 2 coats of paint on them. The very next morning one nail has broken and chipped . And this morning two other nails are chipping and will likely break by the end of the day. She did a horrible job and charged me $70 for my nails. If they were not gonna do a good job because I was later in the day I would have understood if they turned me away instead of breaking all of my nails I have taken a lot of work to grow out. Do not recommend. I will never go back.

Love Kelvin! I walked in a couple of days before my wedding, taking a risk on a new salon. The girl at my last salon left without a goodbye and I struggled to find another nail tech that I could trust. Kelvin listened to what I was looking for and was able to execute it perfectly. I live on the other side of Green Valley and will continue to drive across to make sure I get my nails done here. Oh, it's a clean shop that has plenty of techs and chairs. They offer a variety of services and everyone is friendly!
Love this place! Super friendly and they do my nails using powder always exactly how I ask them.
I was not impressed with the pedicure I received today at Nails r us! They were short 2 nail techs, not my issue, and I was not provided with a quality pedicure worth $50.00! I was cut twice and had to go through pain while watching the nail tech cut and pull my nail to the cuticle! Sure the salons have their regulars but I it was my first time there and terribly disappointed! I would have appreciated my pedicure much more if I was provided with much better service! Regardless of being short 2 techs and the salon being busy, I believe I was being rushed and shorted a regular pedicure because the business was about how many people they could get in and out of the door, instead of the quality of their work to have return customers! If I wanted to have someone rub lotion on my legs, I would have my husband do it for free! That’s how bad it was! I would not recommend this salon to anyone that is used to being treated with a quality pedicure and excellent customer from your nail tech and I will never go back!???????? Very Bad pedicure! Ridiculously expensive! Poor Customer Service!
I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted and instead of that they gave me these when I asked for these dirty nude glossy nails and I got these yesterday and 2 already broke I had to glue them back on don't recommend this place
The lady there did a fabulous job on my nails. Not all places are good with stuff like this so I am happy to have been referred to this place and the next time I want my nails done, I know where to go!
Not impressed and expensive. $50 for a gel pedicure and nothing else. Don’t waste your time.
