I went in with very long natural nails and when I was asked TWICE if I wanted them long I said yes and the nail tech continued to cut the nail way too short all the way down and then glue a tip on when I wanted SNS on my natural nail (the most common SNS request). This has happened to me twice. From someone who is trying hard to grow pretty natural nails, do NOT go to this salon. Seems like they only want to work with tiny baby nails. My thumb nail was cut almost dangerously to short exposing my skin where nail should be. I was tempted to leave the building with out paying I was so mad I wanted to cry but I couldn’t do that. The techs do not listen to your request and do what they want. Now I have to wait a month and a half to get my nails back were they were.
So disappointed :( I love this place and been going here for years but this Time it was awful! Came in for a fill in and the guy ended up taking my nails off and just putting the acrylic over my real nails and cut them down really short. I thought he said $15 which for what was done was fine but then I looked and he charged me $50. And they don’t look good at all :(
This place is always charging more than what we got. Twice now, my daughter and I went in to get a pedicure or manicure and they tacked on charges that we did not ask for. For example, once we were charged for gel polish for a manicure and I told them no polish. Instead of trying to correct the situation, we got an attitude and no one offered assistance. I'm a big tipper and excellent customer, they lost us. No integrity at all. Not friendly and they yell at you at the door when you come in and instead of coming over to properly greet you. Embarrassing and humiliating.
Nail Pro is always the best first stop for relaxation and fine nails! They are so friendly and accommodating. Whether you have a special occasion, a night out or just need some pampering, an sns manicure and the level 2 pedicure is my receipt for relaxation.
Used this salon for years and have been pretty satisfied, last visit however burned me. Just wanted a manicure as I was giving my nails a break, less than 10 minutes (if even that) to was spent on my nails. A tool was used and no attention given to my cuticles that needed the attention. Won’t be back
This is the absolute worst place I've ever been too. I paid a whopping $110.00 for this horrible set of nails. My gel polish on toes started peeling after 3 days. The nails thick and unattractive. My nail tech was #7 just for a reference.
1st pic, what i wanted, others is what i got. I asked for square, long, & small white lines. Absolutely horrible service. The whole time I was having my nails done the tech was repeatedly asking how I would be paying, at the end he had me get my card out of my pocket while my nails were still drying. He told me $55, charged my card $66. I went back & he gave me a cash refund. I left the salon & the gel wasnt even dry. I later found out this was the OWNER who did my nails. I’m home & i’m crying, this is the worst service ive ever had.
Best nail place in Winchester. I'd give them 5 stars but that wouldn't be fair. Nowhere is completely perfect ????
