I love loveeeeee coming here. I've been coming to this nail salon for about 3-4 years. The owners are great people as well as their nail techs. They have always treated me well. I have been going for at least 8 years, 2 different owners, and they are fantastic! I always get treated kindly, and I enjoy the work by each nail tech. They know my likes and dislikes well enough to recommend colors when I can't decide, which is 50% of the time. Highly recommend!!
Just visiting Illinois and wanted to get my nails done. This place is great! Went on a Sunday. Got helped right away, was done in less than an hour! Very friendly techs. If I ever come by IL again I will definitely stop by.
The staff put down other customers to me while doing my nails. They also began complaining about customers who don't tip or expect too much and blamed customers for their nails popping off. (A few of my nails popped off within a day also!) It was uncomfortable to sit there with such mean and negative staff. I just want to relax and get my nails done and don't want drama. I will NEVER go back.
I moved to Arlington Heights from Vancouver Wa. Finding a good nail artist is tough. I found ok nail techs but I wanted an artist. I found Tommy from a girl I saw at Starbucks. I drive almost an hour to have him do my nails. He is truly an artist, not just a nail tech. He always has complete artistic freedom and he SLAYS it EVERY time. Make an appointment...he is worth the wait! The Salon itself is clean, the gals are super friendly and I am so happy I found this place!! All the nails in my photos are hand painted! *Update* I moved to Florida and there is NO ONE who does what Tommy does. ????
I have gone there for years since it opened. They have different owners now. The customer service has gone downhill ever since. The lady who answers the phone is always crabby and rude, twice I have gone in and she argues about my appointment. Today was the last time. There are so many nicer, friendlier and Clean place to get your nails serviced in our area! I will spend my money somewhere that does not treat me like they are doing me a favor. It was empty and I was 5 minutes early.
Nails Now is a relaxing environment with friendly staff. My mom, sister in law and I had a girls manicure date which they were able to accommodate. We were all happy with our manicures. Everyone was professional. Would highly recommend!
This nail salon offers the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. My daughter came here to get her nails done after her fiancé got her a gift certificate here. When they messed up, she tried to politely mention it and ask if it could be fixed and they went off on her. She tried to not make the problem any bigger and simply left. My daughter refused to get service there again so she gave me the rest of her gift certificate. So, Today I came back only because of the money left on the certificate and to give them another chance. When I called to schedule the appointment over the phone I tried to let them know ahead of time I would need a female tech because I wear the hijab. They hung up on me before I could even ask. Then when I came into the salon I asked if I was going to have a female tech. They said this required a special request ahead of time. When I mentioned that I was hung up on twice they made it into a huge problem. They then refused to service me and also refused to give me the money back from the gift card. So they stole $30. I’ve never been so uncomfortable and mistreated for literally no reason at all. Please take your money somewhere else, because this place is the worst I’ve ever been. They screamed at me and my daughter on multiple occasions and displayed no courtesy, manners, kindness, or skill.
