First off very friendly and talkative. Second of all price was great. Shaping is amazing. Quick service, quality service. I will say I could have used one more layer of polish but I love my Halloween nails. Dude with the tats did mine. Never seen the technique he uses but it worked for What I wanted typically whenever I’ve gotten stiletto nails done they’re always really dull and just unnecessarily rounded but these are sharp AF.
I specifically said I wanted SNS nails because I’m allergic to acrylic and gel nails. Not only did this man cut my finger in the process of doing my nails but didn’t give me SNS nails like he said he was doing. My entire face swoll up and I’m still trying to get my face to calm down. I paid $50 to take my nails off the same day. NEVER go here because they don’t listen and cheaply done.
So I went there for the first time yesterday. Do not I repeat. Do not allow Lou to do your eyelashes. The rest of the service was fine with my eyebrows and my nails. I explained to him my experience with eyelashes at another salon and he assured me they would not look that way. They were actually worse. I got my lashes done yesterday around 5:00 p.m. today I don't have on any lashes. I'm going to post a picture of them. It was completely horrible

First time here...and already a returning customer. Lou is fast yet gentle on your nails and the prices are great. Less than $100 total for 4 different services...see you 3 weeks!!
I would not visit here again. I’m not sure of their technique or products, but I have been getting gel nails for a while and I have never had such peeling and chipping. The first peeling started after 2 days. She fixed the nail and it and others started peeling again 3 days later. I had to return twice for them to fix them, and I have never had this happen before. No refunds were given, so I guess I just have to keep coming back each time a nail peels (wasting gas/time etc).
The technician claimed I must wash my hands too much. These pics posted were not even a week after being serviced. Just beware. If I pay $35 I want them to last until the next set. I admittedly should have read the reviews beforehand, but there are other places that will do much better.
** I’ve added another picture showing exactly 1 week later, and my nails are a wrap.. no pun intended** ... please don’t waste your money ladies!

I have long nails and I use to get gel nails to make them stronger! After two hours of having a gel polish manicure, one of the tips broke. The girl was always so busy and rushing to te next costumer I didn’t have a second layer or nail polish. I loose $25, because tomorrow I’m having another manicure to fix al my broken nails. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!
