Listen don’t COME HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The nail tech was in a rush when it wasn’t busy, an hr later it got busy and the manager spoke to them in their language and rush them….. they don’t care about customer service just money and being busy! I understand y’all need money but the way I was treated! Was horrible! Ended up paying over $100 and included tip and not even a dam thank you! To dare to think you’ll be pampering your self! NEVER AGAIN! Shame on you! I’ll give this place a 0 star if it was possible. I work hard , I am payed you! Shame shame shame!
I would never step foot in this shop ever again! The staff is very rude and racist! They are over priced and do a sloppy job. Tommy did my nails. He made my nails extremely short and wanted to charge me $10 extra for standard nails length. He was rude didn't file or shape my nails just slapped on the acrylic. He did not let my gel dry properly. Which made my nails look thick uneven worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!
Tommy has taken over for my Vivian when she left, he is one of the best, I never had a bad experience there. I have being going there since 2007 even though it changed hands. 5 star*****
The service is Great I love Tom and Jade. They are my Favorite Salon Techs to go too. The owner is Great to I don't know her name.

I came here to do my nails 2x's. They act funny like they doing me a favor. They charged me to fix my nails after I was there 2 days before. I paid. They lost a really good customer. They are much nicer to other folks who are not brown skinned. So, I found a nicer salon in Greenburgh called Nail Spa- 327 E. Mainstreet, Elmsford NY.. They welcomed me. They took me right away as a walk-in. You are supposed to Make an appt. You will not be disappointed - go try Nail Spa. I felt very welcomed. By the way- Nail Spa fixed my nail after it broke a 3rd time from getting them done at Nails & More By Dawn (White Plains Galleria location). This is honest truth. I just love people. I do not see color/ race, or culture. You show me love & I give it back. It's unfortunate in 2022 people are still ignorant and judgemental. God is good. "NO WEAPONS FORM AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER." AMEN! I pray for the wicked ones! Sorry u feel inferior or insecure.
Don't ever go there. Horrible experience. I tried few times hoping that maybe I had no luck.
One time my tech was watching a movie on her phone all the time while working on my nails. Didn't pay attention to what she is doing. And another time the lady rushed like crazy and cut my finger open with an eclectic nail file. My nails are done so sloppy.. Definitely will never go back there again. So disappointed. Instead of having nice relaxing experience... I had annoying, painful and disappointing one.
Always ask for Tommy he is the best. I get nails done in any shape I want. Followed by cutting of my cuticles, gel, oil the cuticles, hot towel for my hands, hand massage with lotion, and a back massage!! The best. VERY professional. Been going there for past a year now.
