This is probably one of the worst nail shops I've been too on a really long time, wasn't rushed but customer service was terrible and my polish was so sloppy and she just kept trying to fix it by cutting my cuticles which wasn't the problem. The top coat wasn't even applied properly, I went somewhere else and had them fix it the next day which speaks volumes.
Overall a bad experience.
Visiting St.Louis and needed a salon that could tk me & friend w/out appt for gel pedicure. The 20 min wait worth the friendly service & job well done needed for my neglected toes. Always grateful for a good massage chair too.
I understand that there is a language barrier, but a smile goes a long way. She did laugh at my jokes, that's why they get 2 stars. My nails aren't done correctly. They aren't all the way to cuticle, and are VERY crooked...
TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I typically get my pedicures done at another shop but decided to give them a chance since they are close to me. The pedicure was rushed, sloppy , and way too rough. They used a TON of polish on my toes to the point where 2 hours later the were still wet and completely ruined. I went back in to notify the tech of the issue and all I received was a blank stare. No one offered a solution. I called the shop after I left and they played phone tag making excuses the entire time. I asked for a partial refund and that upset them to the point where one started yelling. I’ll never go back annnnd I suggest no one else does.
They over charged me ...even when you try to call They never pick up the phone even on there slow days...the lady at the front is so rude and she will rush with the manicure or half as do it.....I remember saying something to her she laughed like what was so funny....but I rather go to the other chubby cheek lady she's so kind.
Horrible customer service … they have underaged technicians without licenses ???? doing nails ???????? ! Long wait for thick nails ????????

lady at front desk is rude , she rushed through my nails , had an attitude the entire time and kept saying she was ready to go and there was 2 hrs left before closing sorry for the people after me , as women we come to pay to be pamper, relax, and receive the services we paid for . not to be made to feel like a burden when we’re paying you to do your job , also don’t say you can do a style then once u can’t you make excuses instead of saying i can’t do that from the gate , don’t waste my time and money ,,,, just skip the place in total not worth the rudeness , unprofessionalism ,or the headache’s ,, also they sit in adult diapers and just pee because u can smell it ,,, how disgusting
