Solar nail fill in cost $60!! I didn’t pay but $55 when I got my solar set and the excuse was “two colors” well yeah my original solar set was 2 colors. How is a fill in more? I was told $25 on the phone on the way there…. I’ve always went here and tipped well. Today I didn’t bother since I was getting ripped off! Won’t be back. Some nails are longer than others… it’s not even the best work to come from them… Gloria usually does my nails and toes better than either of the owners. So if you do stop by ask for her. As for me I’ll go anywhere but from now on.
DO NOT GO HERE ! Very rude to customers. Took my daughter here for her birthday & her nails turned out horrible ! Not to mention the lady tried to fight me when I simply wanted 2 nails repainted & she got in my face. I was shocked ! WORST NAIL SALON IN TOCCOA, GA. I suggest Bella Nails & Spa or Modern Nails. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated !
I have always like going to this nail salon !! Out of all the salons here this one was best up until today .... The owner Brenda who seems very uplifting and cheerful turns out to be very very rude. She did my fill in today on my natural nails .. As she was finishing appling the acrylics I noticed that my nails were thin and one had a slight crack so I asked her to correct it and when I did she proceeded to get loud with me telling me that I was wrong and she was right basically that my nail wasn't cracked ... She began getting loud so I did too and at that point I was furious to the point where I didn't even want to continue getting my nails or feet done. My point is you can't tell and talk to your customers anyway that you want even if you are the owner. I felt as is my nails were wrong and ask for it to be fixed so I felt that that's exactly what should have been done .. As she did. But she was rolling her eyes and speaking under her breath... The nail that's supposed to be fixed is now shorter than the rest of my natural nails due to her excessive filing while she was mad. I wish I could post pictures !!! I paid for this even though I don't feel as of I should have. I've worked in customer service myself and I could teach her a thing or two on how to speak to people. Fabulous place but she makes it ugly .. And after the fact she was talking telling the other people there that I was rude ha ! There is no need to ask me to not come back because when I got up to wash my hands I had already decided that I was not coming back Mrs. Brenda .. Thank you for your service but I won't be back !! ...
My daughter and a friend went to have their nails done yesterday, I don’t know if it’s because there was no adult present but she sent me a picture and was upset with the results. It looks like they were in a hurry to paint them and in person you can see the fake nail. She went in with her original nails and asked for coffin style nails to be put on. The color is all over her cuticles and not on the whole nail on some, they aren’t even the same length when comparing hands. And they are rude, I told her not to go back there.
Long wait but very friendly. I sat in the wait area for 10 minutes and am still in the chair ( for about 15 min) no one in site.
Excellent nail care and choice of pedicures! Prices are so reasonable. Employees are professional and friendly. Just know there are no appointments!
So professional and nice great customer service and she does my nails exactly like I wanted and the price is right!!!
I wish I knew the lady name who did them. She did a really good job. She didn't rush and she took her time with details. I will be back!
