Quick Facts About Nails Capital LLC

Nails Capital LLC has several strengths, as well as some weaknesses, based on the comments provided. In terms of strengths, one recurring theme is the positive atmosphere and friendly staff. Many customers appreciate the family-owned atmosphere and feel welcomed when they visit. This creates a positive environment for customers and contributes to their overall satisfaction.
Another strength mentioned in the comments is the expertise of the nail technicians. Ben, the nail technician who specializes in pedicures, is highly praised for his skills. Similarly, the owner, Jack, is commended for his professional approach and ability to shape sculpted nails. The fact that customers have specific nail technicians who they prefer and trust suggests that the salon has a strong team of skilled professionals.
Cleanliness is also highlighted as a strength of Nails Capital LLC. Customers mention that the salon is clean and well-maintained, which is an important factor in any nail salon experience. A clean and hygienic environment is crucial for ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
Despite these strengths, there are some weaknesses that were also mentioned in the comments. One common concern is the pricing. Many customers feel that the prices at Nails Capital LLC are high compared to what they have paid at other salons. This raises questions about the value for money and whether the services provided justify the cost. Pricing is an important aspect of any business, and it seems that there is room for improvement in this area.
Inconsistency in both pricing and quality of service is another weakness highlighted by some customers. The fact that customers have experienced different prices for similar services indicates a lack of consistency in how prices are determined. This inconsistency can lead to customer dissatisfaction and confusion. Similarly, some customers have noticed a difference in the quality of service depending on the specific nail technician who performs it. This suggests that there may not be a standardized level of quality across the salon.
Another weakness mentioned is the issue of wait times. Several customers have had to wait longer than initially promised for their services to begin. This can be frustrating for customers who have limited time available or who have made appointments expecting prompt service. Reducing wait times and managing customer expectations in this regard could greatly improve the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, Nails Capital LLC has several strengths, such as the positive atmosphere, skilled technicians, and cleanliness. However, there are also weaknesses, including high pricing, inconsistency in pricing and quality, and longer wait times. Addressing these weaknesses could help the salon improve and provide a more consistent and satisfying experience for their customers.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

I’ve been here several times for a pedicure and Ben is great for pedicures. Jack, the owner, is very kind and professional. He also does a great job shaping sculpted nails. I came in for a fill and color change. Everything was good until Lisa was selected to do my polish. She was moving extremely fast and laying the gel polish on super thick. After having had my nails done for 20 years off and on, I know that you can not start gel off thick or it will make the nail look thick and uneven and the gel will fall into your cuticles. This will cause lifting and your nails will look unfinished and will sometimes peel up.
In the end, my nails look just “okay”. The owner was kind enough not to charge me for the whole service but Lisa was not kind at all. She was very cold with me as well as another customer and quite frankly impatient and unfriendly. When I asked for it to be done over, she kept saying that it doesn’t matter if she changes the color I won’t like it. Sad to say, because of her lack of care, I won’t be back.
First, I would like to say I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my toes being done. I expected my toes to look nice clean and fresh, however, it looks a mess. There is still nail paint around my toes that’s not cleaned up. Also, I wasn’t aware that to take gel polish off was an extra $5 dollars, I come here often and never was charged for gel to be taken off. My big toe is pretty messed up after I told her to redo it. I’m very much disappointed in a services that I paid $19 for just for it to look horrible.
It was costly. I got a fill-in, and a nail cut down, which was $50. At my original nail shop, this would’ve been $35. I am not sure why their prices are so high. It was a friendly atmosphere, and they were clean, though.
Awesomeness. I've been going so long, I no longer have to say what I want.
Waited about 3hrs after told it’d be 1.5. After I left my toes were sore. When I got home and got a good look at them I noticed that a big chunk of my toenail was missing on the side, and Idek why my big toe was hurting... it’s been 2.5 days and they’re still super sore. I gave 2 stars because my full set looks good and my nail tech was nice...
This place is way to over priced for the services you receive. I went in wanting to remove the gel polish off of my nails but ended up getting a manicure. I was charged an additional $5 to remove the gel polish (which is weird considering everywhere else includes that into the price of the manicure). I was charged full price for a manicure when I didn’t even get a new polish. Then when I started to ask questions about the price (too make sure that was correct) and asked the lady to wait before running my card she continued to process the transaction. Definitely not going back.
My go to nail salon!!! I love the family owned atmosphere!! They know my face when I come in and that’s makes me feel welcomed... they always do an excellent job on my gel polish and pedicure... I’m constantly receiving compliments!!!
I have been going here about a year, on average every 3-6 weeks depending if getting nails done or not. I have been a total of 14 times. Overall they are great and good location in shopping plaza near Vaughn/Taylor (next to Salsaritas and Dunkin Donuts)
Similar to other salons I feel prices are higher than actual value/cost for materials, it’s $54 for deluxe pedi (including $15 add on for gel pedi) and full set acrylic with tips and design about $55. There are times where I definitely feel I paid more because I look like I can afford it but perhaps I’m wrong.
All the times I have been walk-in and service started within 15-30 mins. I usually came later in evening or on weekend afternoon. They do get busy though so plan your time and be patient or come back. I can’t stand when people come to busy salon with no appt trying to rush them, what’s the point of that?!
Salon is medium sized with updated products, chairs and wide range of colors. They even have matching colors for dip powder and gel pedi. I have had full set acrylic, dip powder, gel mani, regular mani, deluxe gel pedi and eyebrows. I’m not fan of eyebrow service because I think they do them too thin despite requesting otherwise. I also typically prefer threading.
There is an older guy who only does pedis and basic mani/gel mani and he is great. The boss sits up front which is custom for nail salons and he does great nails, I prefer him to do my nails but he also has regulars. I believe his wife is one of ladies up front as well and she does eyebrows. There is another woman closer to front who has done my pedi and acrylic nails before and she was good.
However there is a couple who sit in the back (David and Christy). They are both personable and very nice ,and I am certain have regulars. However, I do not find their quality of work (gel pedi and gel/acrylic ) to be same quality as others. The two times my acrylic or dip powder chipped was when the service was performed by them (one for each).
David does great with pedi and handling callous but Christy not so much. She used drill on me the first/last time I had her
which to me is a lazy short cut. I get pedis regularly every 6-8 weeks so my feet are not like Myra’s (Martin reference).
My last visit (late October) I had service with Christy (acrylic full set (no design) & gel pedi). My total was $109 which is much higher than it should have been. As a result of inconsistent prices overall and inconsistent quality when I get one of them I have decided it is time to switch. I rather switch then to single them out in person when having walk in. However I wish them the best.
I want to be clear I would rate David/Christy 3/5 and everyone else 5/5. So I give overall rating of 4/5 and still do think that overall it’s a great salon.
