Wow! This was my first time ever getting my nails done and Nails by Karen certainly did not disappoint!! The salon was extremely clean and the staff was so kind! I had Anthony style my nails and he did such an amazing job! He was so kind and, since it was my first time doing this, he even helped me to decide what I wanted. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who desires chic and beautiful nails! When I went, the salon was full and I still got an astonishing level of perfection in the nails! I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out!
I love having my nails done here! Everyone is so nice and they treat you like family. I always have fun laughing and joking the with employees. I have had my nails done by 4 different people and they ALWAYS look great and last a long time. It’s the first place I’ve went that I haven’t been hurt or dreaded the process of removing the old gel. I would totally recommend giving them a try! Caden is amazing and a perfectionist!
I had the worst experience in this salon today. The coating has blurred on the nails. When sharpening a nail, she cut my skin from where the blood came from and she began to fidgetily treat it with a product and it turned out to be glue. This fool just pasted over my skin. Instead of an apology, I received a $ 52 bill. I paid and left instead of asking to redo everything because I was on edge. Hopefully this will be a reason not to use their service. No respect for the client, plus constant discussion of clients in their dialect.
Hana was the technician who worked on me today. Only called this morning and was able to get an appointment for noon. Took an hour and a half but, was really a very nice experience. Will go back.
What a great salon! My friend booked mani-pedi appointments for us. I had never been here before. Such a nice atmosphere, staff is very friendly and good. Very pleased with my results. Hanna was great! I will be back!
My new go to! I wish I had gotten the name of the first gentleman, he was wonderful. I had Hannah the next time and was disappointed to hear she was booked when I went back there this week. This time I had Kenny,he was friendly ,funny, and took his time. All have been wonderful. It's a drive for me, but so worth it!
I have been using Nails by Karen for over 4 years and am always pleased with my services. I love my gel manicure by Cayden and Karen.... they always last me 4 weeks without pulling up/lifting.
Always do a great job on both Mani and Pedi. Been using Nails by Karen regularly since we moved here five years ago. Tried a few other places but always come back. Took my daughter today and she was thrilled, saying it was the best Acrylic Manicure she's ever had! Friendly and thorough. Clean, pleasant salon.
