I have reviewed this nail salon once already but I think my recent visit this go around was even better then the first! My husband made me an appointment for 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:09 am and I was Immediately placed with my nail tech (Hien). I sat down with no expectation I asked him if he would free hand my nails with a Christmas theme and Christmas colors, he agreed and we started! He DIDNT rush, we had small conversations and he wasn’t rough with my nails. As he began to work I was amazed because it was probably more then I could have ever expected or asked for. But he did it and did such an amazing job! I walked out the salon at 9:09 with an amazing full set of nails! Shout out to Hien for the amazing job he did highly recommend you make your appointments with him lady’s!
I’ve been going there since we moved to The Villages in 2011. I go to Nina every two weeks.zshenot only very good but she is very efficient and quick and easy thorough! My schedule is pink and white nails, gel pedicure every two weeks and eyebrow wax once a month!
Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I complained and they argued with me of how my nails should look. It looked like a new person just did my nails. No thank you.

Hien, done a beautiful job on my nails. He was very professional, listened to me. I enjoyed the conversation with him. Have a follow up with him on the 28th for a wedding so my nails ???? will look gorgeous ???? Thanks NAILS and BEYOND and HIEN !!
Awful. $105 for a gel pedicure and French manicure. Tech OFFERED me to return because it was so bad! Didn't even have the correct gel polish! Two toes are now infected also! Never again, even for the re-do!
I continuously had to instruct “Kevin” that he hadn’t painted the entire toe. I got so fed up that I gave up. I’m all for good service, but this was an awful job. I left extremely unsatisfied. There was still polish around my nails and he didn’t apply polish close enough to the cuticle. It looked like my nails were a week old when I left the shop, even AFTER I advised him to get closer to the cuticle. I am extremely upset with the price I paid and will tell EVERYONE not to go back to this place of business from now on. I feel like I paid full price for partial service. And it wasn’t cheap!
Worst manicure I've ever had. It's been over two hours and my fingertips still hurt. I wanted my gel polish removed and my nails cut and shaped. My nails were roughly cut and filed (along with my skin).
After 9 minutes of pain and my cuticles bleeding twice because she was so rough, I left. All polish wasn't removed from 8 of my fingernails when she put a dab of lotion on each hand and told me to wash hands. Wish I could give negative stars. Bad, bad, bad.
