I used to love this place. They always did a fantastic job. Now with new management and all new people they are terrible. They barely use any glue to keep the nails on. They charge 75 dollars for these nails and 3 pop off not even a week later. I just don’t think it’s worth the price at all. Do yourself a favor and save your money or go somewhere else.

Had my eyebrows waxed and they burnt them to the point of blisters and scabs. When I returned the next day to ask how to heal it they gave me the quizzical look and talked to each other in Vietnamese. Fortunately a patron sitting there told me what to use to heal it quickly. So disappointing as I liked their nail service but will not return. An apology would have been nice.

Very clean and the person who did my nails was very nice. As you notice I'm a fan of the dipping powder, it's the natural and non-chemical way to do your nails. This is the 4th place that has done my nails so far and I had to say that they didn't do a great job. My nail is chipped already after 3 days. Quality isn't that good, but customer service wise they're very nice. Now I overheard one of the nail technician there who informed every client that sat down how much it's going to cost for him to do their nails. Kinda lame if you ask me but I guess he wants to make sure he's getting his fee before hand. Personal opinion, I won't go back there or recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time getting a fill at The Nail Lounge, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. I was warmly greeted and promptly seated. The nail technician, Johnny, was extremely professional, funny and did an excellent job. I will definitely come back as an ongoing customer.

LOVE THIS PLACE! This the second time I go and my gel mani and pedi are still completely perfect after 16 days. They are all very nice there and the place is incredibly clean.

Use to love this place before the new management took over. I went to get a full set and my nails turned out crooked and the clear coat came off within 2 days. I went back to have them fix it and the manager said it was my fault and was rude. I don't recommend this place anymore...

Thia was great, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. There was a long wait even though I made an appointment.

Usually I have a great experience here but today it felt as if they were rushing me out. My nails looked lumpy and overly thick. I am very disappointed.
