I loved my nails. The three-hour wait was worth it. I was told the wait was long, three hours or longer, to have my nails done. The best part was that I did not have to sit there and wait, so I left and did all my errands. I got a phone call and notified me that the technician was available to do my nails. I loved the set up. Very professional. Definitely coming back and will recommend all my friends.
On November 18th, 2022 my two friends and I checked in around 2:30. One for a pedicure and two for full set acrylics. The woman who did my nails (Ashley) started by telling me she couldn’t do the clear nails I wanted. Easy fix, I changed what I wanted so she could do something different. No problem. Then she asked what length and shape. I responded with medium size coffin nails. She also couldn’t do that. Once again no problem… she got the manager to come shape them (he was great by the way). After shaping them the manager went back to the lady he was doing before me. He left Ashley to finish me up. She was very sweet but she cut me on multiple nails. When the first one started bleeding she quickly put her gloveless finger over it to stop the blood. This had me wondering if she is a certified nail technician that has been taught the proper protocol when dealing with blood. She continued to do my nails without cleaning the drill bits that cut me multiple times. Overall my friends and I were not very happy with our experience. My last friend wasn’t done till around 6:30 which was basically 4 hours after we arrived. The long wait combined with the lack of training from our nail technician gave us a very bad experience. Overall I would consider giving this salon another chance, but I will only let Tammy or Randy do my nails.
Don't bother giving feedback for service. The owner will just lie and completely change what happened to make his salon look better. The will tell you one hour, then have you wait for three. They also have nail techs that are clueless and can't even shape nail correctly. Just go somewhere else...
Honestly, it’s not that they did a bad job. It’s that they’re so inefficient. Twice I’ve gone here and both times I was there for over FOUR AND A HALF hours. That’s without a wait time. I’ve gotten right in both times, but once I’m in the chair (for a basic gel mani/pedi, no designs) it’s been so damn slow. And then it’s overpriced. I thought the first time was an anomaly, but apparently not. I’ve gone to so many other salons that have you in and out with both services in 2/2.5 hours. This was double that. Got in at around 10:30 and didn’t leave until after THREE. And I was charged almost $120 for the services. The nails look nice, but I missed other appointments that I had and my entire day was derailed because of inefficiency. Honestly, never going here again.
Great service! Quickly seated and a full set complete in about 30 minutes. Lady doing my nails was very sweet and efficient.

This is my 5th time come in here, great services, they did an amazing job on my pedicure and my nails.
I loved the way they run the business, they tell you how long I have to wait and I don’t have to sit there and wait. I can go shopping or finish my errands ,and they would call me when they ready for me . Very pleased with my services.
First time here and loved their service :) Most professional, clean & quiet salon I have been in years... definitely coming back! Many colors and designs to choose from :)
Read the owners responses under the other reviews. This place doesn't take responsibility or ownership for anything. They instead blame the customers. I was with my friend when they cut her on five different nails. She left a review and then they blamed her for everything.
