I had an appointment with Nancy today. I arrived at my appointment time, but I was kept waiting an hour while she did another client's nails that she had just started working on. I was patient and did not complain even though it was obvious she did not respect my appointment time.

I paid $30 for this design, which I had agreed to pay. However, when I asked if she could add a thin silver line to the design, she said she could do it for additional $8.00 because it would take her more time. I am not willing to pay $38 for a design. I left feeling unhappy and not satisfied. It would have taken 5 minutes to add a silver line. I was kept waiting an hour, but she was unwilling to spend an extra 5 minutes on me. There are nail salons on every corner. One would think they would try harder to keep their clients happy and coming back. I will not be returning here.

Gina is the owner , her shop is extremely clean and very comfortable, they provide all types of services , "Especially" the massage chairs, while you are getting your nails and toes pretty, and who doesn't enjoy a massage. The group of employees who work in the salon are litterly the best. The customer service is fabulous they all really strive together to know there clients, prices are descent, a few pictures for you to browse, oh and the hours of open to close are terrific. Go see Gina.

I really love this place but sometimes they take a really long time my last nail appointment took over 3 hours. ????

My wife went in around 6:15 to get her nails done. We saw the price on the window (as shown in the pic) and decided to stop by. Once my wife sat down, she asked about the price for a full set. The man she was talking gave her a different price than what was advertised on the window and on the sign at the front counter. While trying to get an understanding on what was the most accurate price for specific services, the man constantly threw out his condescending remark like “If you don’t have the money, then I don’t have to do it”. Which wasn’t the case. The issue is the false advertising of prices and rude customer service. I asked the man “Why does it say $23 on the window?” He gave some crazy explanation that it was old and the window had to be replaced. The “Full Set $23” was old and had to be replaced. Seriously? So my wife still decided to get her nails done and he pointed at the lady next to him and said “She’ll do your nails.” My wife said ok and decided to wait until she was done. After just sitting there for about 10-15 minutes, all of sudden the lady who was supposed to do her nails was leaving at 7 and no one else could do her nails. The shop closes at 7:30 as shown. After waiting for 30 minutes now they wanted for us to come back the next day. The experience was overall just very unprofessional and rude.

I went to get my nails done before my wedding. I told the lady, Julie, that I wanted to get a certain design. I showed her pictures of how I want my nails done. It was frustrating because I wanted Gold shimmers and she kept insisting I get pink. I told her many times I wanted Gold. Finally, another worker came to explain to her and we went on with Gold. I’ve gotten similar styles before but just look at the picture. How choppy is that?! I feel like I could have done a better job at home. She didn’t blend it in like ombré style. Believe me, the picture looks better. In person, it is so choppy and I can see the streaks of her just trying to scratch the shimmer on the tip of my nails. I still paid full price and left. I went to another nail shop to get it fixed. Worst experience I had with them.

This was my 3rd time here, every time I’ve come they are very welcoming and friendly. Annie was great with my pedicure today & always. I did the pedicure it included hot wax dip & while I sat she did a hot stone message on my calves., it’s definitely worth the extra $5.. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone here is very nice and sets will look pretty but I feel like they’re lasting shorter and shorter for me. I did dip for my nails and they only lasted a week and a half

Came in for a much needed Spa Pedi. Lee took good care of me. She was very gentle while she trimmed my toe nails. The hot oil massage with hot stones was very soothing. Will be coming back and treat my husband too. Very clean and friendly staff. Prices are resonable. Payed only $25. Definitely worth it!
