mean this is the worst place to get your nails done. i should’ve left when the person didn’t know what stiletto nails was and i had to EXPLAIN it to them. she cuts my fingers, 3 TIMES. messes up my nails i don’t know how many times, having to take off all of the polish. didn’t even fix the side of my nail that she constantly messed up. please do not go here. my set is uneven, big globs, looks like a child did it.

I will never do my nails here again, i asked the lady to do a nail design and she could not do it properly. I asked her to stop and she made me pay 20 bucks just to remove my old nail polish. The other lady was desperate for a tip. The guy was being so rude too, he was screaming at my sister to choose a color. Horrible experience overall

Work was sloppy and amateur looking. No variety of color. Was told they could not do what was asked. I got a simple clear gel manicure. Nails look cut uneven and dull. Literally went somewhere else to get them redone the next day

Nails and nail bed after one week were horrible. Went back for a fill in was told to wait one hour I did. Then they took two more customers and asked me to wait again. Place is below average. I won’t return. P

I love this place in the Columbia mall! I’ve been going here for years, and they never let me down. I had my favorite set of gel nails done by Tina, and they look amazing.

Poor service. The nail colors I selected were apparently old as the color was not coming out dark as on bottle. She performed pedicure and manicure with gel polish. I was ok with fingernails light, but really wanted the tie nails darker. So 2 days later I brought my own gel polish since new. She would not change the color on toenails despite them having defective colors and despite my large tip 2 days prior

Tina was very unprofessional and rude. She didn’t know how to talk and do the services. Her attitude is nasty. She finishes it so quickly and I didn’t like the service and the nail paint. I asked her to change she refused to do so and said will be charging additional $15. She’s just so lazy to do her job.

I truly enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, so when I visit my family in Maryland, my daughter treat me to a great Mani/Pedi. The experience is so soothing, honestly I enjoy the massage more than anything. My legs & feet feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this place.
