At this point zero stars is what they get! My daughter and I went in 04/16 I got a full in and was supposed to get gel polish on my nails I get home and start doing other stuff now my polish is coming off my nails and toes my daughter polish turned dark white after she ho out the bathtub! I’m completely disappointed and want my money back! $105 just for our polish to be coming off the night before Easter Sunday!

If zero stars was available I most definitely would rate it a ZERO Yesterday my best friend went to this establishment to get an ombré short style but this is what she received she asked for square shape they gave her oval that looks like rotten teeth that she paid 65$ for the service was horrible and the nail tec didn’t make it no better her cut her with the drill several times and when she stated to him he was hurting her she was told to relax. This establishment has been running game on people for years until they got one lady in there who did an amazing job but she no longer works there I went in for a acrylic nail set with the shape of stilettos and walked out with Minnie Mouse shoes I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER

If you squint your eyes they don’t look completely horrible, lady started adding her own design I had to stop her before she got to the other hand, they say trust the process but sometimes the process must be stopped, when you really look at them they shapes are crooked it’s just a lot going on, I have learned my lesson

IF ZERO WAS AVAILABLE THAT IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE RATED THIS SERVICE. 0 star!! Steven WAS the Absolute worst nail technician I have ever dealt with. I asked for dip he gave me some kind of powder. He was on the phone the entire time (which is rude and not Professional). Then when he saw that I was paying attention to what he was doing he told me watch the TV. He got up in the middle of doing my nails to go to the door to track down what seemed to be an old customer (he did not say excuse me or anything) I asked ahead of time what was the Price for did he told me an amount but when he decided to do the powder (1 coat by the way) they still charged the same price. Nails look like trash and after voicing my concerns they said the powder is more expensive when I come back but, the powder would be $10.00 less when I come back to do a fill. At that point I still wanted powder then they tell me it’s to much bacteria in the powder because so many people dip there hands in it. There again it is not my fault that they offer the service if they don’t want to do it they should not offer it. Also I would have bought my own if that was the case. However, me coming back that will not be happening. The pedicure was ice cold water and may have lasted 5 minutes (without the polish) I don’t know how anyone else has been treated here but, honestly I would like to given the rating a ZERO STAR they main focus was doing a quick cheap rush job for high cost and no quality work when there was only 1 other client that came in no need to rush at all. I am so disappointed that I gave this shop Nail Trends an opportunity for dissatisfaction service and money that they did not deserve. I Pray this HELPS SOMEONE.

Tran did a great job on my nails.. she took her time and was very nice especially with my 4 year old and 1 year old who were with me. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted.

Okay this is the second time I get my eyebrows waxed from them & the second time they burnt me even after I said it was too hot. I also was not acknowledged till after they closed & saw me sitting there for awhile. I only went because he was the only open at the time but I'm never going back again. I'm just gonna go back to my main tech in West Ashley Walmart.

DO NOT waste your time or money going to this establishment. If I could give a 0, i would. I gave them a try because they were closer to me than my preferred nail salon. I visited for a wax and pedicure. My first issue was that the young lady (not the black girls) who did my pedicure scraped my foot very forcefully. My foot was so raw that it hurt to walk. The owner, I believe his name is Mike, was very rude and unprofessional. I told him I wasn't satisfied with the eyebrow wax. He never asked how I wanted my brows. It seems as if he was rushing. When he was done, he quickly showed me the mirror and snatches it back. My brows weren't even and he also burnt me. He told me to leave and don't come back. I told him it's not about the money. I paid for the service and that's what I wanted. I will NOT be returning and do not recommend it to anyone.

I had 3 services done today and I was only pleased with one, the waxing of my eyebrows that was done by the only female tech on 07/24/2021 in the 11AM hour this day. Service was prompt! Price fine.. but the less than knowledgeable tech that did my pedi & fillins needs additional training. 1st while doing my pedicure he shows me the clipper used for cuticles and said “too much skin” the 2nd thing he said to me after directing me to the chair to be seated, my response was “well…I wouldn’t come in for a pedicure if I didn’t need one”. Then he proceeds to polish my toenails and when I looked down he was putting on the color polish I selected, I asked him if they don’t use a base coat? His reply “no”. Then on to the nails with gel polish and because he dropped a brush he used to remove color from the skin around my nails that hit 2 nails on the hand he was working on and saying something very low in his native language, he proceeded to use an instrument to partially remove the polish from the nails HE dropped the brush on, because the polish was “clumped” (his words) he used the instrument to “partially “ remove the polish a 2nd time, shook the bottle and repolished all fingers on that hand, started to cap the bottle at which time I told him one hand was darker than the other he polished the other hand all the time with me showing him places he’d missed as well as the totally different color I went in there with on my nails under my nails. Now I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS and have on occasions visited this establishment, but NEVER again after tomorrow when I show them the errors along with the 2 completely different shades I have on my toes because at least 2 more coats we done on my fingers. I hope he gets better at doing this or he will cause them lose more customers. I don’t want a refund or anything, just feeling this way because I paid $86 dollars for services and was only satisfied with ONE, my eyebrows.
