Not even 24 hours after getting gel polish this happened. I called they said to come back. T
She was nasty to me. She was treating me like a child. Told me that she would fix them this time, however next time she wouldn't do so. My current nails were rushed and have bubbles.
This place was absolutely terrible. Horrific service, no personal hospitality delivered to their customers, and over priced, quickly done services. I asked for clear gel, and he painted my literal fingers so that my nails were stuck to my fingers. The pedicures were awful. He painted off my nails, shook his head and was miserable. I should have asked for a refund. Mind you it was $63 when it looked absolutely terrible. Should have been $5.
Took my wife here for acrylic nails, should have read the reviews first. We were there for about an hour and we were there only customers. I understand the concerns for infections of everykind as dirty as this place was. Valerie brought her own polish and top coat and was still charged 40 dollars. She told me that the man who did her nails own hands looked like he had been working in the coal mines. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.
I do not recommend this nail salon. I haven’t even had my nails for 3 hours and they are arrays peeling the polish is lifting up. There was hair in my nail I asked him to get out and he just covered it up. Waste of money.
I paid $40 for dip nails. They turned out see through and when I asked if they needed fixed the nail tech said they were fine. They were also very rough, every one of my cuticles was bleeding when I left.
This place is the WORST! First of all it is dirty. Secondly, they are rude. They rush you along and treat you like a child...I am 35. Thirdly, it is unsanitary and I fear people could contract a disease from this place. The lady doing my nails cut my cuticle so low it started bleeding and not just a little...she did not apologize and kept doing my nails over the blood!! She seriously ran the brush over my blood and dipped it back in the nail polish...If they are willing to do this in front of a customer what else are they doing or not doing... I never leave reviews, but this is just too horrible not to share. I even had a $100 gift card given to me for this place, I had my nails done that one time and will never go back! Such a waste but the experience was just that bad! You are better off doing your nails at home with all the options that are out there now like LED gel polish that stays on just as long! Yes, it's not a spa / relaxing experience but neither is this place!
I was told they were very busy and it would be 45 minutes so I went and looked around the mall to kill some time. When I returned I wad told they had no time for me. She finally told me to sit down. After waiting another 30 minutes she called me back to a nail desk that was very unsanitary. I wanted hard gel fill and apparently they do not offer that so I ended up with aquatic. Nails started lifting after a few days. I will not be back. ????
DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE! I don’t live in Dubois and normally get my nails done elsewhere but I was in town and needed them done for Christmas. I get dip powder, at my normal salon it lasts for 4 weeks or longer. I Paid $45 to get dip powder at Nail Time and it didn’t last 4 days!! It chipped and broke my real nails. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They had a sign hanging that said no refunds. Now I know why, because they suck at doing nails. Total rip off.
