I came in and waited almost 4 hours before actually being serviced by someone. They serviced multiple other people who came in after me. They put me in the chair ran the water and that was it, at that the water was beyond cold considering how long I waited and not once was I checked on. Finally I got serviced and at the end she tried to charge me 54 when I was told 40. They didn’t communicate with me at all and throughout my time in the shop they had multiple issues with several other customers. Wouldn’t go back honestly
The experience was ok. Way overpriced how is a gel manicure and a gel pedicure $100?? For clear polish??? Then I asked the worker was the card machine working she said yes, when my service is done I’m ready to pay but to only find out the card machine isn’t working so I have to use their machine which is a $1.50 fee on top of the $102.00 ANDDD you can’t take out odd numbers so I had to take out $120.00 or above ??? Like the whole place is a scam and overpriced not only for me to come home and see three of my toes missing polish only after an HOUR of getting them done. Fast service. They will get you in and out but there’s always a line so be prepared for a wait if you do not have an appointment. there’s one particular person that I like to work on my nails because she actually scrubs good and really takes time with your feet. The free times I’ve been there, there have been an incident of arguments but I mind my business, pay for services an leave!
These are nails that I got done a week ago by Lena. I personally love her work and will definitely be going back to her. She took her time and made sure the shape and cut was right. We had good conversation together. She takes passion in her nails and cares about her customers.
The man who did my nails was very nice. But the older woman who works here is rude and was yelling at the top of her lungs to a customer. Before that she told another customer that she wouldn’t do her nails because she would have to wait for them to dry. Ro is the manager here and he really needs to do something about this woman. I mean she was coming unhinged yelling and screaming even after the customer she has the problem with left. There were 3 of us left in the shop and none of us are going back. Horrible experience.
TRASH they have HORRIBLE customer service I was sitting there waiting and waiting they treat people who are loyal customers who frequently come there as being punished like oh you can wait I've had my lashes fall out within a couple of days and because I'm not a person to normally complain they would leave me waiting all the time and do people before me and then charged me after I refuse to get wait any longer an extra service fee we spent too much money and work too hard for our money to let these people treat us like this save your money and go elsewhere these people DO NOT DESERVE IT !!!! If I could I would give them a negative five stars these people are TRASH cuz they treat people like TRASH HORRIBLE
This lady literally made my cuticles bleed! She then threw a 40 minute tantrum because she didn't know what a squoval shape is. I showed her a picture on my phone, and even did one nail to show her. She spent so much time ranting and raving about the selected shape being "ugly", how I was too young for that shape, that I could only ignore her when she continued complaining about how she hadn't wanted to stay late. She kept pausing to complain about how she hadn't known what shape I had wanted and kept repeating "square round". Okay, now that you know, just do them. But no. She then filed each nail differently and kept demanding "ok? Ok?". Mind you, I had already paid because they were closing the drawers early. The then angrily continued asking if I want her to cut them all off and remove them. No, I told her, I want them all the same shape as each other. She went on and on and on. The most negative energy for service that was shoddy. Nails are uneven, cuticles jacked up, too much of that overlay that nails are stuck to my skin in some places. Furthermore, dried product is showing, edges are rough to the touch and keep snagging on my hair and clothes and they are not at all what I would recommend that anyone go there. When a customer signs in and requests services, and the business is closing before you can complete them, you should tell the customer there isn't enough time. You should never say there is time, and then be an old lady yelling, pausing for dramatic effect, determined not to do the job right, then subjecting the customer to your temper tantrum. She does not belong in the service industry.
