I love this place. They do pedicures and manicures right! Price is fair. They never disappoint me when I ask for a challenging nail design.
I’ve been getting pedicures here for awhile and yesterday decided to get my acrylics filled. Kelly did a FANTASTIC job on my nails!! Helped me find the right color, took her time, and made sure they were perfect. So incredibly happy with the result. Thank you Kelly!!!<3 will be coming back here when I’m in town.
Update August 26: After a busy summer, it was definitely a good feeling to be back at Kelly's table. As per usual, she does not disappoint! Like seriously, how do you go wrong with a matte finish on teal! I love my pointy stiletto nails.
Kelly does it again. She never disappoints me. Tom does my pedicures and always provides a friendly experience with a very thorough and pleasant experience. As long as I stay in the area , I have no reason to go anywhere else.
I have been going here for about a year and half now since moving to Riverview, I am happy I read reviews because I would have not came to this place at all since it is a bit further away from my house . Kelly usually does my nails , she always remembers me and always does a great job ! The atmosphere is very relaxing ,they just recently got new pedicure chairs and they are very nice . The salon is very neat and clean.
In all my years of getting my nails done I have NEVER been so annoyed or disappointed. Within 3 days of getting my dip nails done, I chipped a nail, by the time I hit the week mark I had 4 nails chipped. I stopped by the salon 2 times to get them fixed. First time it was busy so I decided to visit at another time, second time I waited 15 min. and had to leave so I decided to call and make an appointment. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time and waited 45 minutes...which means she took the person before me within 10 minutes of my 'scheduled appointment." Right before she did the final file and polish she told me my nails "need to dry" and she proceeded to count receipts at the register, cash out other customers, and pick up things around the salon. By this time, I'm completely done with this place so told her I would finish the rest myself. I can deal.with the chipped nails but the complete disregard for scheduling an appointment and that I had already waited 45 minutes is just unacceptable. Moving forward please let customers know your business is a first come first service business.
I have always had a good experience with the staff here. One of my nails is irregular from an accident and they take their time to make it look perfect. The staff are all very nice and lighthearted, the laugh and joke with me often. I am always asked through the process if I am happy with how my nails look and they kindly listen to my suggestions. This is the only place I will go to.
Best nail experience ever! She came up with this holiday design and it came out better than I could have imagined!
Love my nails so much! Perfect for my upcoming vacation. Definitely will go here again!
