I do not recommend and here is why. First, simply treat others with the respect you'd expect especially running a business. The guy running things was being rude to another customer and was NOT handling her nails with care. She expressed one nail was broke and he made several attempts to use the grinder hurting her, smh. She complained and he said you can go elsewhere, I interjected because she was tryin to do business with them, she works in the mall with her own business. There isn't that much convenience to deal with ignorance.
My daughter and I were there for service but after seeing him miss treat the customer and speak wreckless I withdrew my request for service. He then asked me to move out of that seat as if the place was packed, a whole 3 customers. Unfortunately my daughter was with her tech and already with service underway, so no turning back. Second, there was another worker there that was trying to assist but he spoke out of line to her, she sat on sidelines. So apparently his tone she is used to.
Thirdly, the tech tried to do a design my daughter wanted, epic fail and my daughter was like, no don't bother. Not what she wanted for freakin $55, big disappointment.

Melanie, you were nice but i'm still having problems with my nails from my visit with you weeks later. i got a manicure with gel polish. first, you didn't activate(?) one nail properly. by the end of THAT day the whole polish had melted off that nail. second, instead of using clippers or the proper tools to trim around my nails, you just used your drill. almost every nail is growing out ingrown which i've never had a problem with. no hand massage, no lotion. no hard feelings, but i feel you should know these things.
I use Melanie. She is awesome and has the health of my feet as a priority and not just the style or color. I have diabetes so that is important
I don’t recommend this place at all the lady with the green hair that did me and my daughter pedicure was very rude with a don’t care attitude , she burned our feet with straight hot water, told the lady that runs the shop and she laughed and I told her that isn’t funny because someone could really get hurt.. I do not recommend this place with that kind of attitudes
Sat down for a $30 pedicure, chair didn’t work, didn’t offer another chair just told me to shut it off. I said I was going to forgo the pedicure since the massage chair wasn’t working and no other accommodation was made. He told me to leave and not come back. Place looked like a dump, I should have known to not waste my time. Don’t waste yours.
quality of service not worth the price. Got a pedicure (half done), she only cleaned under my big toe nails & ignored the rest and my daughter's toes look like a child painted them, polish was super thick. needless to say don't think I'll be going back.
I always go here and I get the same lady doing my eyebrows but this time a new person Did my eyebrows and this lady took more on one side than the other eyebrow and when she did it I heard her laugh and I told her U took too much off she just told me “why did you get up” and I told her because I felt liek you did something wrong and she was just looking at me crazy

Diamonds fell off after 24hrs...I came back for them to fix it. They look at me crazy when I stood there at the desk waiting for someone to acknowledge me.They took people over me and said I had to wait on the tech to fix it who did it. Which he was taking his sweet time yet rushed on my nails. Yup never coming back.
