Went twice since they remodeled. First time the pedicure was ok. Not great but I was willing to give them a second try.

Second time the tech started telling me everything was extra. Extra $5 to remove polish, extra $3 for nail color. These things have always been included in a pedicure's price. I ended up leaving and won't be back.

Make sure you get the pricing from them up front.

Steer clear of here. I got a set done on Wednesday 4 nails broke by Friday THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX THEM. They were horrible . I made an appointment for nikki and I get there 15 mins early to wait 30 mins to be told someone a walk in is ahead of me. I walked out. The owners yell at eachother infront of customers. Worst salon ever. One star isnt even what they deserve

Why is nobody talking about how filthy this place is?!?! And how about the cockroaches???? Find it very hard to believe any of these positive reviews are referring to the same nail salon!

An average ok place being a bit generous. Could use more sanitary practices since it doesn't look very clean there. Saw a cockroach crawling and then one of them stomped it. You dip your nails in the same pots as everyone else. Same worn looking tools, files, brush, etc. used on everyone and didn't see any type of cleaning done in between. Would be worried to go during flu season because of this. Workers seem nice enough. 4 of my shellac nails from a pedicure peeled off within the day. They were nice to fix it, but of course I still tipped the new lady who fixed them. Don't feel the pedicure was worth 45+10 tip+5 to fix though since they don't even give any type of massage. It was just a very lackluster pedicure for the price. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back and will try other places. Edit: After much reflection 45 is ridiculous for a manicure with nothing special added and no massage and having to come back for the peeling gel nails and tipping yet again. Other places give you a lot more for 30-40 and are cleaner. Will never come back here again. Definitely don't want the older guy doing your nails. The gel polish used seems rather cheap as they do not last as long as other places so I am guessing some no name brand. This is even after reapplication. Absolute rip off.

Love this Nail Spot, Highly Recommend to others. Clean environment, mostly reasonable prices, The Owner, does excellent work, and Nikki did her thing yesterday 5-5-19, they are my favs,if u go n have to wait for one of them its so worth your time. I been going there for years, there are other Nail tecks that are very good as well. Just don't know their names. And a few I didn't like. As far as how my nails came out. But a closed mouth don't get fed!!! I Tell them what i want, n if u need to make them fix it,you are the customer and absolutely should walk out happy. They know I love my nails n toes perfect n to match. If I’m paying $68 every two weeks, the best be Perfect when I pay. You gotta speak up n let them know just exactly what you want!!! N don’t be afraid to have them fix anything u don’t like. Happy customers come back. I Love this Nail Spot, n will continue to go as I been for years. Go check them out today. Every woman needs to be pampered n look Beautiful/Sexy???????????????????????????????????????????????????? So far this is the only nail spot I been in Kingston. They did such a good job I never needed to go anywhere else. Jack the owner is good. Very friendly, his wife Nikki is the best at nails. That’s why she is always booked up. I just wish the prices were the same every two weeks. One week it’s $55, then $45, then another time it’s $68, or $50, I get a fill n gel on my nails n regular polish on my toes. That alone is $20 for regular polish mat finish. Just wish it was more consistent with the prices. One day I get charged extra $5 for mat finish, then two weeks later it cost extra $5 for hands n $5 for feet. I might try another spot to check if they are consistent with prices, n good. But definitely give Nikki at Nail tech props. She is excellent!!!!

I was there yesterday to make my nails and by today was al paint nails was off! Im back there today to get fix and they dont do nothing!!! Im not recomended this place to no buddy!!! Really really bad ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Absolutely horrible. My pregnant fiancé went in for a manicure and pedicure and some one started to help her and then left her sitting for over an hour. A guy that did my friends nails had to help finish. He was the only nice thing about this place. I sat in the car with my friends baby for 3 hours and still they forced me to pay $130. All that money for bad service and 3 hours of waiting with a baby. Highly do not recommend.

Nikki did my friend’s nails (while I was there for support) and she’s so obsessed with them! She was so encouraging and enthusiastic about her job, I couldn’t help but feel that energy myself. I will definitely be booking an appointment and going to her.
