AMAZING. I went to so many different nail salons until I tried Nail Palace & haven’t switched since. The salon is clean, relaxing & has tons of colors to pick from. Every nail tech there is friendly, accommodating & take their time while providing you your service. Tyler works magic with any picture or design you come up with. The jelly pedicures are by far the best in the area & last so long!
Always a great experience! The staff is very friendly. Shop is very clean. I have been to this nail salon numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. I always get exactly what I ask for, sometimes better with their suggestions. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. Tyler is a true artist and is up for what ever you request.
Tyler always does the best job on my nails. He and Lonnie are amazing, talented, and personable. I have never had better nail experiences than I do here. Everyone and everything is always fantastic!!!
Tyler was amazing! I brought in a picture of what I wanted but wanted to keep my real nails and not have full fake ones. I loved his suggestions such as adding a tip to my real nails so we can have the nails look even and adding sparkles, and putting white in the moons to make them pop more! I definitely recommend!
The business is clean and the staff is very friendly. You could say I felt like a queen getting pampered here. I felt very welcome when going here for the first time!

Just got out the salon, what a calming atmosphere. I just loved the way they treated me, lady who did my nails she was very nice. I work in a lab so i don’t get to do my nails often so i was so worried how would they turn out but thanks to the lady who did my nails. Her name starts from C I forgot her name but she did a really good job on my nails. Keep it up guys????
The experience was seriously like no other that I have tried here in Buffalo! They warmed up the LOTION that went on my feet and legs! Expert work from a brother and sister team. Never did I feel rushed to pick a color or a design. The chairs are extremely comfortable and the pedi station was very safe and sanitary! Highly recommend this location. If I am still in Buffalo in a month, I will most definitely be back!
I went to this place for the first time with my daughter. The services was awesome, and pedicures were great. I will definitely be going back. Next time I’m taking my Hubby for a jello pedicure.
This place is very nice and customer service is good! How do some people come in to get there nails that they are tired of and can't pick a color for your nails for the next few weeks? You wear your nails so know what you want and have a happier life.
