Every elegant place. I was offered something to drink. The massage chair is gentle. Just keep calling to make an appointment you won't regret it. I was well taken care of for I had an uncomfortable 1st experience somewhere else . I'm coming back!

Update: three weeks later all my toes still have nail polish ????

First impressions are everything! My first impression of the Nail Palace was Great! The staff was very friendly and the gentleman who checked me in was very knowledgeable. The Nail tech was very friendly and patient. She did a great job! I can't wait to get back to Aiken. Pic just taken fill in needed now!

Overall atmosphere is a 10 very nice inside. Although I came in for a gel pedi and mani and my pedi was deluxe although he flew through it like the 65$ I am spending alone on the pedi was nothing took maybe 45 min if that. Didn’t scrub hard or really any on the bottoms of my feet to get rid of dead skin because I could still feel some hard parts. Now on to my get full set. I got blue tips which only got painted once no second coat of blue to cover any of the “lightness” from the first coat blue. And now a week and 4 days later I’m out of 2 nails. Very fragile. Unlike other places I have went where they lasted well over 2 weeks. So now this is what I’m left with 155$ later . And a week and a HALF later. SMH. Won’t be back.

I've had my nails done several times and always looked amazing when I left. Today the person who did my nails e-filed most of my SNS off to almost bare nails which can damage natural nails rather than soak. They also didn't put on the dip color I picked out. Once finished I looked at swatches and saw numbers were 1 off. I accepted my nails the way they were for I didnt want to embarrass the employee. They also left residue of previous color on fingers. I will still go back to get nails done but not to same person.

I made an appt for a mani & pedi. First time there. Walking in, the atmosphere is pleasing. It’s open, bright and clean. I was acknowledged and sat almost immediately. Unfortunately, the man who did both my mani & pedi did not do a sufficient job. Paint was all over my toes and my fingers were left with jagged edges and split sides.

As a new client, I don't know what to expect, however I was pleasantly surprised. Kayla nail tech was very attentive and did a nice neat job with the polish.

Love getting my nails done by Kathy ! The salon is always clean . I also get pedicures at this salon. Chairs are clean and lots of nail colors to choose from. Highly recommend this nail salon .

The BEST! I have had my nails done in California, Tenn, New York, and now here. This was such a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful store with plenty of services and quality workmanship. Very friendly technicians that stand by their work. I will definitely be returning. They accommodated for our wedding group to get different services done.
