Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give a negative rating I would. They didn’t sanitize anything. They did horrible shapes on my nails. The polish looked like a kindergarten did it. Mani and pedi. Teenager was doing my pedi and didn’t know what she was doing. Paid for a premium pedi and didn’t get a massage or anything. They didn’t even push my cuticles back. They overflowed my tub for my feet. They were arguing constantly. They charged me way more than what I was quoted. I asked for a refund and they and they said they had to remove my nails which is fine but they jacked them up even worse and then only gave a partial refund. Horrible service. Never had such a bad service in my life. Had to go straight to another salon to fix them.

I won't go back. I have never given a bad review online but the lady used scissor to cut my nails and cut my finger. I had blood spots on other nail beds. Just not a good experience at all.

literally the worst experience getting a pedicure tonight. the girl doing it was so inexperienced! she didn’t exfoliate my feet, give the lotion massage, clean around my toes or even shape them evenly. the owner had to come over & finish my pedicure because she couldn’t even put the gel polish on without getting it on my skin.. then when she would try to fix it, she would remove the polish she actually got on my nail in the first place… pretty much just make sure the person servicing you has experience or you will have the worst experience.

They actually did a very good job. I left a good tip. When it showed up on my account, they had added $40 extra dollars. They said they would have it fixed, it's been 2 weeks and nothing. If you go there, pay cash

The woman was nice at first but you are suppose to put a clear coat over your nails after your done so the glitter won’t fall off and she was like I know what I’m doing and your done and then didn’t even do exactly what I wanted she said I know what you will like and did it her way and then that place is expensive for $63 for short almond nails the nails look alright but not what I actually wanted because she didn’t listen to me

this place is terrible, will never go back to this nail salon again in my life… the lady didn’t even know what she was doing. my nails were suppose to be French tips w black tips instead of white and this is what I got. the lady got acrylic on my actual finger and when I told her it was on my finger she ignore me and it literally burnt the skin off my finger, then she just rips the clump off that’s stuck on my skin. she doesn’t even ask me what shape I wanted or anything and she CUT my REAL nails like who’s cuts ur real nails you’ve been growing out for awhile and on top of that it costed me over $100.

Not sure what "Pope" here in the reviews is talking about but I have been going here for a long time. They do an awesome job. They cut your nails when putting tips on, places normally do a square with rounded edges. If you wanted something different, you should have specified. Those french nails with black tips is an old pic. Idk what Pope is trying to say but these people are awesome.
