Wow, what an amazing first experience! I am new to Cartersville and was in search of a new nail salon. Yesterday was my first time coming here and I won’t go anywhere else! Every person in the salon is so kind and gives you a very warm welcome when you enter. You can tell there is such a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere here the second you walk in.
Helen is my go to girl with pedicures. She is so sweet and kind hearted. She checked in with me every so often to make sure everything was going well and even double checked that this was the color I really wanted once she had started. She also took her time and did an AMAZING job. She is very gentle yet efficient with her work. Absolutely love her!
Celine did a wonderful job with my tips and SNS. She is very thorough with her work and will go over every nail until she knows she has done an exceptional job! At first I realized my nails were just a little too thick for my liking and she made sure to go back and thin them down as soon as I pointed it out.
This was a great first experience and I will be coming back for sure!
Since I found this place, I won’t go anywhere else. My gel nails will last 3-4 weeks. Professional services and Raj is the best Nail Tech I’ve ever met. I even use her to do my eyebrow waxing.
It has taken me 6 years to find a great nail salon. I have tried almost every shop here in town but none had made me feel comfortable and included. Raj was fantastic, this was the best pedicure I have had since moving here. I highly recommend this salon. Looking forward to my next visit.
First of all, I got a walk in gel set and pedicure and they got to me immediately. They were kind and full of smiles. One technician noticed that the color going on wasn't as dark as it seemed and got me a better color before I even noticed. I'll definitely go again if I'm ever back in town.
received an mani pedi and it was horrible. It is pretty much just a polish. Asked for my nails to be rounded and ended up with squares. When they moved me from the chair to the table for the manicure part I noticed they only rinsed off the tools and put them back in the "clean" drawer.
Super friendly staff and prices are way better than other places WITH better service and nails.
I absolutely love this place my daughter took me here Monday the 13th for Mother's Day and Paul did an amazing job on my nails he Listen to Everything I wanted. I had a picture of what I wanted and he went beyond the picture and made them absolutely gorgeous
Selena did the artwork on two of my nails and she is a perfectionist she is also awesome my nails are gorgeous this is the only nail salon I will ever go to. Their price was reasonable also. If you want an awesome nail job and a clean calm atmosphere come to nail love they are absolutely awesome!! If I could give them 10 Stars I would.
I love this place. Always quality work and a relaxing but fun environment. I’ve tried other places and now refuse to use anywhere else.
