I don’t know how I feel about them. I only come here because their close to were I live but the nail tech that did my nails cut my cuticles until I bled. I’m a shy person and didn’t want to say anything, but if your a trained nail tech you should know when to stop cutting. While she was cutting them I was trying to hold back my tears because of how bad it hurt. I regret not speaking up then but here I am now. Do better please.
Worst mail service I’ve had. The person who did my nails totally ignored the picture I had showed him multiple times. He did what he wanted and then did the same thing to the other person I was with. Some other guy had to come and fix her nails design. It was no good. Also, there was only 1 person working for the first 2 hours they were open and with people coming in and waiting I feel like our nails were rushed. There’s still paint on the side of my fingers that I’ll have to clean up because they didn’t. I was completely disappointed and paid $65 for nails I don’t even like. Skip this place. Not worth the trouble.
I've been coming here for many years. Tran does a fantastic Mani/Pedi! Her artwork is beautiful. I love this shop and can't imagine going anywhere else!
I have used this place in the past and then do an OK job for the price that you get but today was a different story. I had made an appointment with the same lady that I had in the past because I like the work she did but I received a call that I had been waiting days for and I reached to answer it and she got upset with me and slapped the brush on my hand getting nail polish all over me. Not to mention she had shape my nails horribly and then the polish that everywhere. I didn’t even get to finish my nails because I was so fed up I paid and I left
I have been going to Billee for 14 years he is absolutely amazing and what he does! All the staff is pretty awesome!
I love getting my nails done here. The owner, Billie does an amazing job. I have never been disappointed with his creativity. Everywhere else the artificial nails usually start to peel away from my regular nail, but not here. I have no intentions of going any place else.
My first time in awhile getting my nails done. There was three of us. We opted for my young neice to go first. Sat for awhile while they had conversations with their "regulars". Seemed they were in agreeance they didn't want our business. If I could give a zero, I would. I wouldn't be surprised that the few clients they would take care of gave five stars, which are the few over the last three years. Check the review dates on here. Good luck.
My friend took me there today for the first time. My nails came out way better than I thought and it wasn’t super expensive. I never leave reviews, but I wanted to tell them good job
