I haven’t had my nails done since the pandemic started so it’s been awhile. The ladies in this shop provided fast, professional, and genuinely customer driven service. I got a mani pedi and my mani was an SNS dip one (I hope I said that right). Anyway, I had the best hand and foot massages of my life and now my hands and feet are a little less witchy. I highly recommend letting the staff here take care of your fingers and toes. Ugh! I’m in heaven!!!!
Ivey has done my ???? nails about 3-4 times & my nails are are the longest & prettiest they've ever been! I get the sns powder w/gel top coat mani on my natural nails ...Ivey was on vacay last week so the owner Son named T did my nails & he did a better job! He was filling in for Ivey & has his own shop closer to me so I will be switching between the two salons. ????
The service was great but I spent $115 and my nails didn’t get cleaned up. Idk if I’ll come here again.
Very unprofessional I been going there for a while now second time the communication was not there I called in to get a fill in and pedicure the owner advised me to come to her establishment that someone would do my pedicure and then she would do my nails she didn’t even acknowledge me when I arrived and let me wait when I should of been next for a pedicure by the lady who usually does mine and fill in that would of been done by hef so she expected me to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get a pedicure then who knows how long to get a fill in since she had someone in her chair and she was finishing up with someone. Then acted as if she didn’t speak or understand English when I called her after I left to see why or what the miscommunication was.Obviously my business is not valued so I will definitely take it else where and I had left such a nice review of the establishment i removed it because it’s no longer valid
Coming here I had a great experience with Lynn she took her time on my nails and they are so beautiful ???? They Remodeled and it looks very good and Comfortable

And credit a full set.. I arrived on time at 12, it was two getting a pedicure already one waiting and a tech, sitting people and chose to fold towels.. I asked if and when Lynn would be there because I got a fill in and pedicure spent 100$ total. She stated she will be here but didn’t know what time, mind you I just need a color change, due polish being old and Peeling so it wool she taken 20 min tops. Too to spread the love because most customers request only her because she allowed her talent to go to the other stores. I told Lynn I had to be to work at 1:30. I work handling food so I can’t cook with peeling off nail polish, she wasn’t trying to assist me AT ALL... when she chose a full set over a small nail change. Plus they could’ve gotten more money out of me by suggesting a full set because I have an old ombré set under it but instead the capped on all prices... I feel they are taking advantage of what’s going on right now she wouldn’t even give me half of my money back... it’s not the same as it was years ago stay away from the gel polished all of them are old my picture is the most recent one posted with the oirplw and black cat eyes!!! After this I’ll never return...I spent a whole 30$ else where for a color change none of the designs are up To date, even the demos on the hands are broken. No updates styles and etc maybe this will give her and extra push. Nail shop on candler road does the best pedicures and nails thus far it’s worth the wait in the big lots plaza... chairs are
More comfy, way more designs, they honor appointments mostly before a walk in. It’s the minority is at is best black, whites, Mexicans, Chinese. She does her own classes in the back room
For nails and pedicures. Spacious. Sad even the lady sitting in Lynn’s chair her total came to 78$ and she couldn’t figure out how. We work hard for our money too the struggle is everywhere not just for them
Nail illusions is my favorite! It has so much charm and I always feel at home when I walk in . The atmosphere is peaceful and Lynn is the only person I will ever let touch my nails again. Her work is impeccable and it speaks for itself. I like my nails simple and clean. Lynn’s attention to detail leaves me satisfied every time!!!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone new to the area. Honestly if I moved across town I would still go to nail illusions. Quality is key !
This Nail Salon is very cozy. Nail illusion has a atmosphere for relaxation. They have Good technicians that are Great with their service and skills. I always receive personal one-on-one service that's perfect for me and my daughter. You can even schedule an appointment with your favorite technician. I think that is Awesome and above all the rest. Thanks Ms Lynn for exceptional service every time. Of course I'll be back.
