I found this salon on Google because I needed another nail technician. My technician was Vivian. She was excellent!!! My nails were done professionally and she was very personable and kind. The salon has a very relaxing feel. My service was actual therapeutic due to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this technician, Vivian!!
This honestly was my worst experience getting acrylics ever. The lady i had was so rough and was demanding without being kind. Next day after i got them my finger was infected. The nails i got were nothing like the ones i wanted too. If you look at the middle finger in the photo you can see the blood. I had to get new acrylics these were so bad. I asked for almond shape and one is pointed and the others are round.
My brother, my mother and myself arrived here at 5:42 PM on Sunday. We were greeted professionally and immediately upon coming in and were directed to our seats. They asked us what we wanted and we said three pedicures: Mom said Volcano ($70), I said Hot Stone ($40) and brother said basic ($30). We took a while choosing our colors and they asked us again what we all wanted as they continued preparing and adjusting our water. We repeated the pedicures again: Volcano, Hot Stone and Basic. We chose our colors and finally relaxed. I did notice they did not ask us what kind of polish, regular or gel, but I digress. They remained considerate and friendly as things were almost complete as my Mom finished first and wanted to pay our tab. She asked the total and they said $180, 70+40+30 is not $180, but they said we got gel, which was $10 more each and we accepted, but that still did not total the stated total. We were told me and my mother both got Volcano pedicures… odd because I said Hot Stones about 3 times when asked what I wanted. In addition, this total still doesn’t make sense, my mom is now confused and so is my brother. She apologizes that SHE made a mistake… That was all she did was apologize... Rather than making a scene, we paid and decided to not return since their staff is hard of hearing, lacks critical thinking And executing reasonable customer service.
I came here looking for someone new to do my nails because I was no longer happy with my last nail tech..... Mimi did my nails and I could not be more satisfied. I came in right before they closed and she took her time and made sure there was a smile on my face and paid attention to every detail on my nails even though it was time for her to go home. I will be coming back here and if anyone asks me a good nail tech to go to it would be her. She did a phenomenal job and I am seriously so happy...... Thank you Mimi ????

Always greeted with a smile, these girls give great customer service. Mimi has been my girl for the last 6 years and not sure I could ever replace her...and she never works Sunday’s or Monday’s... so don’t ask! Just saying. Debbie is awesome as well and my hubby loves her! They are in the know with the new treatments, and fun nail products! My nails NEVER lift. Never to thick. Always shiny. Always even. Always what I asked for. We never have trouble communicating what I’m looking for. I’m pretty high maintenance.
I wanted something very simple for my wedding nails. The workers were so helpful and friendly and made me feel special for my wedding day. They gave me suggestions and I was able to show them pictures of what I wanted. They were so willing to accommodate. Definitely one of the better nail salons I've been to!
I have never had anyone treat me so terribly. I asked for an extremely easy design she said okay and without saying anything else she just did light pink nails???? She kept filling my fingers until I was BLEEDING at which she got mad at me for flinching. The nails were the wrong shape, length, and color. After being humiliated(because I was sitting there crying) I paid ) $60 went home and RIPPED them off my nails.
