*UPDATE*: Excellent customer service!!! I absolutely LOVE my nails????✨ After not having a good first visit, Anna (the owner) reached out and apologized. She kindly asked me to give them a second chance and make it up to me with a different nail tech. WOW! What a difference. I had a GREAT experience the second time and Anna personally made sure I was satisfied and everything went smooth for me. I definitely recommend coming here. The services and customer service are amazing.
Everyone at Nail Envy is very nice and professional! I call and make appointments and rarely do I have to wait more than a few moments to be seated for services. The owner, Anna, does amazing lashes, brows and other facial services. I trust and know what when I leave the salon my nails or brows will look fantastic! I highly recommend Nail Envy!
Tina did my pedicure yesterday evening. She was very sweet and my experience was great. Thank you Tina. I will be back. I am here to escape the cold Indiana weather. Lol
I will never go to this shop again! Within 6 hours of getting a full set my nails had falling back. I went to the shop the next day, although The nail tech was very kind about fixing the 6 nails that had come off, I pointed out that the others are lifting. He told me no they are good. Here It is two days later and Nails are still falling off! NEVER AGAIN! I completely wasted my money. Other services such as waxing and pedicure were great!
UPDATE: upon their request i did go back and let them fix the problem. They said it was the product. They did my nails with a different color dip powder and they came out beautifully!
I won't go back! Got my nails done Sunday. The cost was $70 for a new set, they did dip powder. I lost one nail last night (3 days later) and 3 more are cracked badly. I'm waiting to lose them too. Every nail is a different color and they're all way too thin and fragile.
I got a manicure a week ago, with gel polish, and the polish is chipping! Isn’t gel polish supposed to last long?! I called and the lady told he I would have pay for a repolish!! I use gloves to wash dishes and I have a desk job!! My polish should still be neat after one week! I won’t be returning
I had to wait like twenty minutes because it was busy but at the end of the day my nails looked so good and I was so happy with them and it only took about an hour
I went for a fill & pedicure on Nov 2 . I wanted the same color powder but the nail tech used a lighter color powder, the nails beds appear to be thick and cracking . The powder shouldn’t look so bulky especially since these are my real nails they should look more natural. They were really nice people though.!
