The moment I walked in, I should have trusted my gut & left based on the appearance itself. I even asked another lady if they were any good… LIES! I’m HIGHLY DISSATISFIED & frustrated with how my nails look. I showed the nail tech a picture of a very simple French style design and she said she could achieve it. The design isn’t just the issue, but the quality of my nails are a complete Nightmare. First of all, she literally finished the design in like 10, 12 minutes tops. The surface and polish is severely uneven and clumpy and the clear top coat isn’t even smooth. Not to mention they only accepted cash and asked me to pay half way through the service being fully complete. This is what happens when you’re disloyal to your nail tech. Do not go here!
First of all, they don’t take card and have no signs that say that. The lady who checked me in never said that but later told me she did but I had my headphones in ( I put them on after I waited 15 mins). My old gel polish was never removed properly so the gel polish on my nails now look bumpy and uneven. The only reason I paid was because the man who did my nails was old. Here are pics for proof (:
I have been a loyal customer for years and I go bc of LeeLee...she does great designs
1. They don’t take card only cash and the nearest atm is not a quick walk, how inconvenient.
2. They don’t sanitize after each use for pedicure and they don’t use baggies in the pedicure tub.
3. I had on dip powder , so i ask for removal of the powder and fresh dip powder . The tech proceeds to say i can file your dip color down and fill It in. I say okay whatever keeps me from staying in there long. She files my dip color down and uses some technique with mixing gel polish with some liquid and then dipping that solution into some powder and applying It like colored acrylic .. i ask her multiple times is this acrylic that she’s putting on my nails and she says no each time.. i do some research after i left the shop to see what new technique this was and All i seem to find is gel polish being mixed with monomer and then the color mixture dipped into clear acrylic powder. She was misleading. I didn’t want acrylic anything on my nails
4. She also took the cuticle clippers and kept cutting my skin around my nails so days later i have a bunch of hang skin on the side of my nails , it’s not cute.
I’m never returning here again.
Bad experience & the owner Lee-lee was nasty & didn't want 2 listen 2 please my situation...& didn't fix my nails right & charged & the gave my part of my money bck cheated me out $8 + my tip...so if $8 gonna make her rich good riddance, I was going 2 her since 2008-2018 but I moved away but tried 2 give business when I come n2 town...Lee-Lee was horrible & the nails was 2. Lee-lee dont like 4 u 2 tell her that her work isn't right or got a problem with her work. I tried 2 xplain she would not listen & she took off her mess of art work & told me 2 go somewhere else bcuz she don't do long nails no more & more like 2 say 2 me don't come bck...sad u pay 4 service & can't get quality good service....but over across from Nail Elite n White Oak shopping center @ Lee Nails across from Starbucks Ms. Tammy booth#10 hooked my nails up 100% better job than Lee-Lee & she didn't rush & took her time. Not rushing over my hand 2 do multiple people 2 get a fast buck, Lee-Lee rushes so she can not ur money go out the door...Lee-Lee doesn't do quality work no more she does quantity 2 try 2 make that money. All that money she gets but can't buy new clothes...sitting n her shoppe with the same blouse on that she had on 4/7/2022 as she had on 4/11/2022...nasty attitude & disposition
Talk about fast! LeeLee is the best I only spend about 35 mins here. Call before you come to make sure she's in. Tips are appreciated????

I got get nails and they were long. LeeLee rushed and since she rushed I didn't realize until I got home she missed a whole spot of nail polish. It wasn't visible but I was pleased. My nails would be perfect if they just take their time. They rushed to get the other customer not thinking about taking care of the one your helping an making them happy.
