Bad. Don’t expect any frills or pampering. Got a gel manicure- no hot towels, no lotions, no hand massage. 2 hours after leaving the gel is chipping, which I’ve never experienced before, and there’s polish missing and streaky. Never again.
We had the best experience here! Our nail techs were amazing and we will definitely be back. My daughter got acrylics with gel overlay and we got 2 manicures. All were beautiful!
My cuticles were cut like this and clearly on purpose. This exactly why this is my last time coming back here because the staff is rude and nasty. And they over charge me.
I broke one of my nails day after my manicure and went back , Trane fixed it with a smile without charge . That’s called pride in their work and client satisfaction . I am sold to them forever .

My nail guy was closed so I took a chance here.
Ugh. She rushed and I have polish in places I shouldn’t and don’t have polish in places I should.
Polish is clumpy on some of my nails.
She trimmed my nails too short.
Anchor is my add. Was going to go for a silver French added and anchor on the ring finger but since she wasn’t up to my expectations I decided just plain.
Out 25.00 for the gel.

Definitely not a $86.00 mani/pedi. My toenail polish was very thin and did not cover well. The gentleman doing my services cut my cuticle and also faild to clean under my toenails and smooth the edges. The manicure was rushed and no cuticle cream was used resulting in a painful experience. I when I cough up my concerns they were minimized and not fixed. Definitely disappointed!
The nail shape and the way the nail feels is so bumpy the design does not look good the lines are messed up and the guy got nail polish on my finger and the guy instead of whipping it off with acetone he scratched it off with a nail filler they missed a whole spot tht was supposed to be painted the guys was absolutely so rude with his attitude self really got me upset in the end I do not recommend this place
