It is a perfect place to do your nails, the people who serve you are super good, they are very friendly.
Came in to get my nails & eyebrows done for our baby shower this weekend and I absolutely love them! Kim is super sweet and gentle, and Tony designed by nails wonderfully. Clean, professional, and talented. Highly recommend!
I went for Mani and Pedi Spa.
Everything was fine, they cut my cuticles too far from one finger and it bleed, after the lady was having troubles to get a smooth finish with the nail color I choose from the shelves, because the enamel is too Old and sticky, that's why.
She finish hands and feet.
I wait to dry....

and after 10min under the drying station it was still sticky and i notice more than 3 nails have marks and bubbles ????
I grab my things, pay, tip, and told the owner it was a terrible job, and left.
I took my 10 year old and myself to this shop, as soon as we walked in asked for a mani and paid they seemed bothered, knowing they were gonna do my daughter’s nails The older lady was fake filing my daughter’s nails. Then she finished with her swept over my daughter’s nails and messed up her toe nails. That older lady is rude and disrespectful. The other younger girl was rushing with me and had the owner finish with me. She also was horrible. My nails didn’t last one week. I will never in my entire life go to this shop. HORRIBLE BUSINESS
I kept giving this place many chances but every year it gets worse on their service and appointments logic. They book you for a certain time and you still need to wait a long, long time once you get there. Also the workers got a bad attitude especially Adela who is the only lady who does "a decent"pedicure. She has become very arrogant and unpleasant. Perhaps is because people overrated her.
It is not worth to pay so much money and receive a poor service. A nail salon should be a place to relax and to be stress free. I feel more stressed when leaving this place due to their lack of organization and bad service. ????????????????♀️

Employees are always right!! waiting time is horrible they make you wait with your feet soaking in a pedicure water for an hour(my feet pass my ankle turn the color blue) when you tell him that the color is incorrect they don’t listen, they
Insist that they and become defensive and you’re wrong.. when they make a mistake they don’t correct it and they make you still pay full price(not to mention the price is very high for Basic no chip pedicure with no graphic design that you see nowadays that they don’t know how to do) customer service is at a low unapologetic when they’re very busy and they’re unable to take care of you instead of saying can you come back a different day they make you sit and wait they have employees there an experience that should not be working there. You would think after being a loyal customer of so many years and even after the business being sold and having new owners and still being a little loyal customer you would get a better treatment that’s not the case I think it’s time for me to find a new place I’ve been going to this place since I was 17 and 42 now sad..
