If you come here, you’re better off waiting for the guy that works here. I’ve been here before and he does good nails. Otherwise, you’re gonna have a bad experience. I came here today because one nail came off yesterday. So I went to get one nail done and change the color of my nails. Which was 20$ not a bad price if the girl did her job right. Which she didn’t. The gel color looks really bad and the ONE nail she did looks awful. After I walked out, I was so upset so I decided to go back and tell her. She acted like she did a great job or something? Very upsetting. It’s not like I didn’t pay for it ? I even tipped her. WISH I DIDNT because honestly she didn’t deserve not even one dollar as a tip. She’s the girl that sits in the first chair to the left. So next time I’ll wait for the guy to do my nails. Or if I can, I’ll go somewhere else. Definitely not worth going to that girl unless you want her to ruin the rest of your day.
Tom is a very great nail tech! I also love how this establishment offers hot rocks with a normal pedicure. It gives off a spa feel. More organized than other places on the Linden strip.
I always get my nails done by the lady at the front left, Sarah. I am in love with my acrylics and I totally will keep coming back. The nails are wonderfully shaped in the coffin shape I want it. It's even and smooth. I also love the decor in the salon and how sanitary it is especially during the pandemic right now. The other workers are all lovely people and the pedicures make me feel so relaxed and the results of my toe nails are amazing of course! I totally recommend if anyone wants to find a place with cheap prices and good customer service.
I have been a loyal customer here for the past 16 years and I just wanted to say that this establishment will be my go to nail salon for as long as I live here. Not only are the prices at a good affordable value, but the workers are constantly displaying professionalism and give off a positive environment to the customers that enter in and out of the place. When I come in, I always get greeted by the owners accompanying the greeting with big smiles on their faces. They always complete the job in such a timely and efficient manner and my nails always come out beautiful. There is such a wonderful selection of colors and choices to choose from and I can’t help but keep coming back to try them all out. I have recently come back to the store after quarantine and I’m honestly so impressed by the store’s sanitation. The owners Tom and Sarah are also such nice people. If you ever want to go to a place that offers good customer service, amazing quality nails, provides professional workers along with good prices please come to this nail salon on Wood Ave in Linden.
If I could give is a zero star rating I would! Literally just came out of the nail salon. she did my nails really quickly while she was on the phone. The whole time she was yelling and waving her arms and face timing with someone. My nails are crooked the nail polish is not even put on right and its uneven.. the nails are bumpy. When she finished I told her that they were off. She started filing down the sides (well essentially filing off the polish) then she said $35! Horrible! Stay away! And if you still decide to go stay away from the first lady on the left !!
I love it here. Tom always does the best job on my nails. I can show him any picture and he will reproduce. The staff is friendly and professional as is the setting. This trip i did my nails, toes and brows all turned out as expected-top notch! This establishment will remain my go to as long as they exist. 5th pic is my favorite design thus far!
Absolutely horrible!! It’s sloppy, there is no shape in them at all. When I called to express how I felt and see what could be done, the so-called “boss” constantly spoke over me and was being very rude and disrespectful, yelled at me in front of customers and hung up on me multiple times then told me I was basically paying the nail tech per hour ($40/ hour) and not for job because they charged $80 for these and anyone can see this is not worth $80. After that goes on to say they work off of commission, if we, as the customers, dont pay them he doesn’t pay them as well. He ended up giving me half of my money back but only because he was tired of me calling back.
Worst experience in a nail salon!
Came in with old gel, the lady filed my nails so much using the machine to it take off to the point that my actual nails got super thin and sensitive. She wouldn't use foil to soak them off but instead she put my hands in a bowl full of asitone and would use her buffer or filing machine to remove the old color. My nails became so weak to the point they bent with the least pressure.
I asked for medium sized rihnstones and so she decided to just glue them on in a weird diagonal line...umm why wouldn't you ask me first how I wanted them placed? They looked like a 4 year old has placed them on my nails, they looked horrible that I had to bite them off before I got home and my husband sees them, they were just embarrassing.
2 days later my nails are already chipping off and my finger tips are dry and rough from all that asitone. What a waste of money, $25 for gel and $5 for 12 rihnstones
