To start off, I arrived at 0830 (when they open) and they didn't show up until 0846. There's no punctuality and they're changing an arm and leg just for a gel pedicure.

Next, I asked for a milky white gel pedicure with white tips. They kept trying to change what I wanted and asked for an alternate style. I chose a pink gel with a diamond design on the big toe. The man working on my feet placed different diamonds that weren't neat and was only worried about telling me how much it'll cost. Also to get it fixed (from their mistake cost extra!)

I was so infuriated! I kept telling the man "sir I'm asking questions about the colors and diamond; however, you're only worried about the price! I don't care about the price; I'm concerned whether you can do the design or not!" It was the older gentlemen that no one really likes to go too. He doesn't listen and I wouldn't have chosen him, but he was the only one available to do pedicures.

Ryan (he moved) used to be their best when it comes to pedicures and an older female but she was not there this morning.

The man tried to overcharge until I started questioning everything and looking at the price chart! My total ended up being $70. Make sure you pay attention to prices because they'll try to dupe you.

Nail Art is the best salon I've found in the area. They are especially great at the design on the nail, I go into places with a pictures of what I want and they can never do the design I show them, Nail Art can!! The staff could communicate well with me and were very polite... And, it was very affordable!

I like my nails, Im a tomboy and it’s pretty nice. This is my first time getting acrylics. It was I believe $45 which I guess understandable. Great service. The lady was nice and was gentle and a bit fast pace. I enjoyed my first experience. I forgot to update, the nail polish was still very wet even a week after. All the black just came off.

I went into nail art on 12/10/22 and everything was good until the guy who Sit at desk one by the register did my nails he was ok but not excellent he was rude at first explaining the pricing then he was rude about me picking a color I was burying my aunt that day so I was trying to look for the perfect color to match her only TWO other people were waiting and they wanted pedicures he literally just asked me what color and I said ummm and he said hurry up they have people waiting when I say poor customer service and they use to be my favorite I have spent over 200 plus tip every visit but they have lost me as a customer fr and the diamonds came off the next day poor service

The guy at the desk where you sign in at, he was gentle with my nails and he did a "GREAT" job on my nails!!

Today was my 1st time going to this nail shop it was Awesome ???? Daniel was very professional and the service was excellent my pedicure was great and my dip powder was perfect. Price was very affordable would recommend them ????

Great service! They were short staffed by one today, but still managed to get me in and out quickly and efficiently. I had acrylic removal and a new set with gel. The owner/owner’s wife were so kind and know what they’re doing. She gave me a crisp, square shape with evenly coated, not-too-thick/thin gel polish. Their son, Shawn, is a super cool guy who does great polish and pedicures. Their prices aren’t bad, my new set and gel being 40. Full set with regular polish is only 25. If you’re in the Bessemer area give them a try!

First time going was in area and someone had suggested Nail Art,I got the deluxe Pedicure and full set of nails,Loved the lady who did mine she a great job on both ???? would definitely go back if I lived in the area
