This is my go to spot for a pedicure. Don provides wonderful service. She is thorough and takes her time to get the job done. She is also a pefectionist so if isn't right she is going to redo it. I try to go during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.

The customer service was decent and the ladies were very nice and the salon was very clean. Unfortunately, I dont think I'll be going back. My worries began when I asked for almond shaped acrylics and the lady did not know what I meant despite pointing it out on their chart. After asking her coworker and still appearing unsure of how to do it, I decided to get a basic coffin shape instead. I ended up with more of a rectangle shape than a coffin. While she was shaping them I noticed that one of the nails was very uneven and she told me she new and to trust her. However she was very rough with her filing and still did not even them out. She also did not check to make sure that both hands were even. Some nails are much thicker than others. I don't think I would recommend this spot for a full set of acrylics but their other services seemed great from what I observed while I was there.

Came in last minute and they treated my bestfriend and I so well. Got the color acrylic set with a pedicure!

Angie, Kelly and the crew are professionals! Best gel nails and pedicure in the DMV! Small family run operation. Very courteous staff and they do a professional job. Angie, Kelly and Tina are all excellent technicians, in fact, they are the most skillful that I have ever encountered.

I don't feel rushed, they take time to get your nails done properly and professionally each time. This is a clean and welcoming establishment. They just completed a warm and friendly redesign and offer a full array of services. They bend over backwards to please the clients. Good prices for the area. Highly recommend services from brow shaping to threading as well. Plain and simple, they are excel in their craft and I am pleased with hands and feet every time that I leave!

My nails look great for four days! The customer service wasn't up to par with the price of service. I received a gel manicure and it chipped after four days. I called ahead to get it fixed and she starts questioning me to see if it is my fault. She finally lets me come in for a fix, but I had to wait for an extremely long time. I asked repeatedly if I should schedule an appointment, but she replied--, "[n]o...wait, if you come back we don't fix for you for free".

The first time when I was there the owner did my eyebrows very well. I loved it. But this morning I got a different lady she was so rude. I will not going back ????

I have been going here for quite sometime. It is hard to find a nail, hair, waxing salon you like...so when you find one we tend to stick with them. I haven't had any issues with Nail Art by Kim...so I will be going until my feelingschange. The staff is friendly and professional. The salon is clean. The prices are average.

Had to change my review to 1 star. I have been coming here for years. I always get the same thing but lately I have been getting charged different prices. Recently I decided to get ombre nails. So far I've have to get 4 nails redone not counting the one that just broke. All of my nails look different even though I got the same thing on every nail. They made my nails super thin and when I came in to get it fixed (TWICE) I was given an attitude. Do not go to this location. If they have too many people waiting they will not do a good job on your nails. They will charge you a new price no matter how many times you get the same thing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
