When I came in they was really nice and got me in a seat, and got started on my nails. The guy who did my nails cut me with the file multiple times. Then he left me sitting there for atleast a hour, then I had to wait for the lady to finish my nails. She cut me multiple times to where both my fingers were bleeding. They didn’t stop bleeding for Atleast a hour after I got them done. They still hurt badly. But other than that they were real nice just too rough.
Have been going here for years and have tried other salons but always end up back here due to them remembering who I and my mother are, the quality care, and we always leave with beautiful nails ????
Julie and her staff are amazing! Also so friendly and always remember my name. I have never had a bad experience at this place. The only nail salon I’ll go to after many bad experiences at other places.
I came into this place to get my acrylic nails removed. I would never let them do my acrylics after the bad removal and manicure they did. There is still acrylic on my nails and sanding marks on every nail. They look horrible after 37$. I should have done it myself at home because it would have looked the same if not better. The employees are nice but there are better places to go to get your nails done. Won’t ever go back to this place. It took 2 hours because the tech kept getting up checking people out and on his phone.
I came for a fill in with an old friend of mine yesterday. I spent over three hours in this place due to the fact they would keep starting customers’ nails before they came close to finishing the last person’s just to keep you waiting for hours. When my nails were finally finished I was and am extremely unhappy with the way they look. On top of the $50 I spent at the nail salon, I had to spend an extra $20 getting gel polish from cvs so that my nails would look some what presentable. It took forever to cover the design the nail “artist” thought they could do. Anyways, I wasted so much time and money for my nails to end up looking horrible anyways. Basically, I’m just saying if you want your nails done go anywhere else!
A good pedicure at a reasonable price. I believe he was the owner who was able to remove a wicked 10 year old callus from my mother's foot. A true Saturday miracle.
Paid 75 dollars for gel polish manicure and pedicure. My toe was cut and the sides of my fingernails were filed down to the quick. Not a place I would recommend.
This place was too busy and crowded. There is not enough workers to be as busy as they are. I had scheduled for my sister and I to have our nails done at the same time, they made me wait while they did hers. When they guy started on her nails he was very aggressive with her. He kept tugging and pulling on her arm like she was some kind of animal. He continuously yelled at her when she would move. He did not take his time and her nails did not look like how she wanted them. He was the same way to me. I have never been treated so bad when getting my nails done. After being treated terribly it was 100$ for the both us, we had simple nails and they most definitely wasn't worth that. We will not be returning!!!
