Although some techs wasn’t as skilled with designs, the standard work was great. SNS powered dip nails last me 4 weeks before I was able to return to get a new set. Great job.
Beautiful job on my birthday which was a plus. The customer service was great. A big thanks to the owner Juliann who did my gel overlay and Hanna who did my pedicure. I have no complaints and I’m getting compliments everywhere I go. I shall return.
They are a busy nail shop no matter the time or day but and techs are great. They have 3 lash techs and one brow lady. I would definitely come back again. Expect to spend time especially if you are getting multiple things done but all worth it.
Made appointment last week for lash appointment with Jenny today. I flew in from FL to VA for an event. I was unable to get my lashes done because I was not on her schedule and she is now booked.
Nina will ALWAYS be the best in the game at what she does. She gets you in and out. And her work remains impeccable even under pressure been going to her since Tower Mall

I love how my nails, brows, and lashes looks every time. Only drawback is the wait time is usually ridiculous. Choose the time wisely. Shout out to L.Chop the best and the newest 'sistah" nail tech already putting out some fire nails all in a timely manner.
