Quick Facts About Naga Spice Indian Restaurant & Takeaway

Naga Spice Indian Restaurant & Takeaway has received mostly positive feedback from customers. The strengths of the restaurant include excellent food and service, reasonable prices, generous portions, and a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The fact that they offer a takeaway menu is also appreciated by customers. Additionally, customers enjoy being able to bring their own alcohol, which helps to keep the cost down. Many customers express their intent to become regular patrons of the restaurant.
The weaknesses of the restaurant, as highlighted by some customers, include the location of the toilets up a flight of stairs, which could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. One customer also mentions that the biryani they had was not up to their expectations and that the chips were undercooked and the naan bread was overcooked. Another customer mentions that the restaurant had some cosmetic issues with damaged walls and peeling wallpaper.
Overall, Naga Spice Indian Restaurant & Takeaway seems to have more strengths than weaknesses based on customer reviews. The excellent food, friendly service, and reasonable prices are consistently praised by customers. However, the issues with the biryani and the condition of the restaurant's walls should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Lovely little place in Knott End. The food and service was excellent. Reasonably priced. 3 meals for £37. Hubby had Exotica Balti which was Chicken, Lamb and Prawns in a Balti sauce. Hubby had chips with it and said that it was the best curry that he's ever had. Son had, Chicken Tikka Passanda with rice, and I had a Lamb Biryani. Very generous portions, in fact I asked for a box to take some home because I couldn't eat it all! Pappadoms to start. They also do takeaway menu. We'll worth a visit. The toilets are up a flight of stairs so that could be a problem for the less able bodied.
1st time new to area Bryani wasn't like what I've had previously at other places well 6months om gave up on Bryani They can't make one Tonight tried again Tandori was ok chips under cooked and Nan bread cremated Thinknin future sooner drive fleetwood area
First time here it's quite a cosy relaxed restaurant. The good sized portioned food was freshly cooked and delicious, (we had the remaining food put in containers) Service was friendly and the right amount of attention given. Take your own alcohol as theres no bar, (which actually kept the cost down) The toilets are not accessible for wheelchair users as there is, unfortunately, a steep set of stairs to climb. I will definitely become a regular, whether to dine in or take away.
Lovely food & service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and waiting staff were really friendly. Will definitely be going again.
A group of 14 curry consumers thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food served in this restaurant. There is a wide range of dishes available. All were highly appreciated. The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous, including side dishes, rice and breads. To be able to bring your own booze was a bonus. This was great value for money. Thank you Khan, chef and waiter for an excellent evening. Highly recommended.
this review will be v detailed btw
when we first entered the door, we were greeted quickly and got given a table, everything was fine:)
we were then given roughly 3 minutes to look at the menu until someone came over and asked what we wanted.. we asked for 2 more minutes to decide and about 30 seconds later, another member of staff approached us, so we had to ask for more time.. staff were eager to get our orders.. this could be good or bad depending on your personal choice, but in my opinion it made me feel pressured
poppadoms and starters arrived shortly after, with the poppadoms were a selection of 4 side dips,
the main meals were very nice, portions were big and you got what you payed for. meals don't come w rice so make sure to order some :)
the walls of the restaurant were slightly damaged, with big cracks in them, stains, wallpaper was peeling off the walls so it was quite unappealing if you sat facing the front wall rather than the back, which looked newly refurbished.
to pay, we asked to pay card and the worker said it was fine. another staff member shortly came up and told us to get the money out of the cash machine, even though he said they accept card, he preferred us giving him money?? dunno
with the bill we were given after-eights, which was enjoyable obv..
overall i rate this restaurant a 3stars as it was nice, but at the same time didn't live up to it's amazing 5 star reviews coming from customers..
i personally wouldn't come back here again but if u are a regular i dont blame u tbh, it just isn't a restaurant i enjoyed
thanx for the meal tho :) xo
