NY Nails in Fleming Island is now under new management and ownership and I couldn't have been happier with my service. Christina is very talented and just a gem of a person. She did an amazing job as always by keeping these hard working hands of mine looking soft and beautiful despite how hard they actually work! :-)
I came here and got a pedicure and gel-ex nails done. This is the first place in town doing gel- ex and I'm very impressed. It feel very comfortable. Their service are good. The lady took time and make me feel very welcome. The job was awesome with a great design. I will be back for the gel-ex and a pedicure!
NY NAILS is under new management and it is absolutely AMAZING! I went today after not coming here for years; TT did my design and it was above and beyond-HE IS THE BEST! Everyone here is talented and kind and if you’re looking for current, up-to-date style, creativity and excellence, TT is it!! My nails are a WHOLE VIBE and I’m so happy:)
I had an outstanding experience when I went to N Y Nails on Fleming Island that is under NEW Management and Ownership for only the past two months. I had a pedicure and a manicure. I had an appointment and had no waiting time as I was seen immediately. Both the pedicure and manicure were amazing and professionally done, demonstrating much talent in their technique and pride in their work.
I had three painful calluses on the bottom of my left foot. Tran is a true professional and carefully removed each of the three calluses causing no pain or discomfort. This was the best deep tissue pedicure I ever had.
The massage was very relaxing to my feet and legs. Tran was very meticulous in his efforts and demonstrated pride in his work.
The manicure was performed by Lena and her efforts was wonderful resulting in magnificent repair of several damaged nails. Lena's massage for my hands and arms was outstanding. She demonstrated wonderful effort and pride in her work.
The chairs were very comfortable and could vibrate if you wanted from the low back to even with your shoulders. The shop was spotless and so was the bathroom, clean and sanitary. I noticed they wipe down the chairs between each customer and
make certain everything is clean for their next customer. They offer soft drinks or water to each customer.
The NEW OWNER is obviously very passionate about her staff being professional, caring, good listeners, and going above and beyond to meet each customer's needs and expectations. She has made amazing changes in the recently purchased shop.
WELL DONE N Y NAILS, you went far and above my expectations.
I will be back soon for another visit!
The worse nail tech I've ever experienced. My 9 year old son could have painted my nails and did a better job. Nails were not filed even acrylic solution dried up on fingers. And last but not least nail polish is all under my nails. Tacky work. I will not be returning not even for my pedicure. Spent $83. No tips and nothing fancy. Basic service but terrible job.I will travel back to Arlington to stay with my nail tech. Reviews are right
The gentleman who did my pedicure was the absolute BEST. If you’re looking to get an amazing pedicure come here, you can tell you are appreciated here. Great atmosphere, wide range of selection including chrome. ????
Worst technician did pedicure burned my feet and scalding water did not can make any consideration after it was done cut my skin on my toe asked for another tech to do my nails not available will not be back nor will I send any of my family members back I would give them a zero stars very unprofessional go to Island Nails. Very very good. Please talk to me in their language, which I understand what they were saying about me.
She could've put on Acrylic but (I think her name was Adie) She looked at my nails said my nails needed protection and she had a new type of nails to help mine grow without being sift when removed. She did a great job, she didn't have to be asked to cut the small pieces of torn skin. Great job even picked a great green for St. Patty's Day.
Will be going back next week for my 2 week redo. Everyone should try them!
