I went to this nail place 3 days ago. Not only did I not get the design I wanted I was charged $70 and now 3 days later a nail came off along with half my real nail. Won't be going back to this location

The service was nice but I lost my eyeglasses inside or outside the parking lot tried to call

Usually I let a certain nail tech do my nails but she was very busy so I tried a gentleman tech. He will never do.my nails again. I had two nails to come off the day before my birthday. Two days and my nails were ruined . He did not secure them well at all. Otherwise they are a very clean shop and very welcoming . They try to do what you require. The prices are fair for the services I request

Very unhappy with the service and customer service will not be returning. They do great eyebrows but that is all. Will continue to drive to Wilson. This was my first nail salon experience in Kinston it has put off all my trust in my nails being serviced by any nail salons here.

The pedicure was on point paid $50 with gel polish it was worth it. Massage my legs, oiled them, and more....

Best place in Kinston for a pedicure! They act like they are happy to see you and appreciate your business.

Extremely poor service! The man took all kind of short cuts and did a very sorry job on my nails I will never return.
