Went in for a pedicure and full set. Tina did my toes and took her time on them to make sure they were done right. Excellent leg and foot massage!! Then Anna did my nails, first set in many years. Man she did exactly what i wanted! Found my new nail shop in my new town! Thank you Anna and Tina!!! I love everything!!

I went to the salon for 2 years off and on. When I first started going it was because I was impressed with the cleanliness and customer service that I observed my first time. However, not as clean as used to be. I watched nail techs going from one customer to the next (a pedicure to a manicure) without washing their hands. From pedicure to pedicure without changing tool buckets.

On my last visit I selected a color from the color chart. When she put it on my nails it was four shades darker than should be. I told her it didn't seem the right color. The owner said "yes it is you picked it." I reached over to the color chart to compare them. I showed her the 2 side by side and she replied "it's your fault you picked it". She became visibly upset when I gently asked her to remove it because it wasn't right. She told me I was high maintenance and said nobody else would put up with me. I was quite embarrassed as she was loud and other customers were looking on in shock.

The thing is if we're paying for a service it should come with a little kindness.???? Why is it we accept less when it comes to nail techs??

I moved to the area around 5 years ago and this is THE ONLY place I get my manicures & pedicures at. I love the new products that is always available like: glow in the dark, mood change, glitter, chrome. You can pick your manicure with whatever you want: SNS dip gel, gel polish, regular polish, tips, acrylic, pink & white or natural. Treat yourself to a pedicure and get your brows done & don’t forget your eyelashes! Call a day ahead for an appointment and they have extended summer hours. Tell them I sent you ????

Jenny was fabulous ! She shaped my nails perfectly! Everyone was so sweet. I will definitely be back!

***Had to edit my 5 star review from 2 weeks ago after I came back today.

I didn’t have Jenny this time, but the nail tech that I was assigned to was not clean. While I was waiting in her chair she was working on another woman’s nails with a drill at the pedicure chair. She comes to me with the same drill without changing the head. Her hands are covered in that woman’s nail dust she had just worked on. She grabbed my hands and I could feel the disgusting grit of someone else’s dead skin and only God only know what else. She picks up the same dirty drill and goes directly towards my nail. I jerked my hands back before the drill touched my nail and walked out. There’s no way I will ever be back.

Myrtle nails employees are super nice! They make you feel so welcomed and taken care of in your visits. They give the best pedicures! ED-

Update 11/21/22. The last 2 times I visited, Jenny did my pedicure. I am so impressed with her work and I love my feet when I leave there. Highly recommend Myrtle Nails!

I took my 4 year old granddaughter and we sat next to each other as we both received excellent pedicures and manicures. She wanted a gold glitter so they suggested a base color first and it was perfect! Highly recommend Myrtle Nails for all ages.

I would definitely recommend. My daughter and I came here to get our nails done together for her Birthday. It was a great experience for us and everyone was very friendly. Thank you Myrtle Nails❤️

The outcome was less than average. When I entered the shop on 12-29-22, the two ladies working on customers stared at me in an unwelcome manner and didn’t greet me. A young lady I didn’t see sitting down jumped up to help me. I felt a little awkward, but I had read such good reviews, I decided it would be okay. My pedicure went well. When she started my gel manicure, she didn’t soak my fingers in water. I then thought that she would have me wash my hands before she began the gel process, it never happened… When I went to the table to allow my feet to dry, I noticed a nick in my nail polish on my left thumb. I brought it to the ladies attention; she filed it down, but the nick was still there and my nail was now filed down lower than the other side. She said she couldn’t file it anymore due to my short nails, but ignored the rough nick in my polish. She also used her lack of English to her advantage. She was just eager to get back to her next customer. I noticed other flaws in my nails the next day. I’m glad I don’t have special plans for New Year’s Eve. I will not return to this salon.
