Friendly but almost always crowded. Depending on who does your manicure/pedicure it can turn out great. I’m usually pretty happy with the service. I also get my eyebrows done here occasionally.
Excellent warm customer care along with pandemic amenities for everyone's safety combined with a team of great ladies that perform transformations one customer at at time. When you want to be pampered, this is the place ladies and gentlemen. ????????
the worst place ever. I got a pedicure done and the guy cut me so many times and then laughed. Very unprofessional and will NEVER be coming back. He did a horrible job as well, they all need to be retrained in getting nail done.
I have been a customer here for 6 years! The work is excellent - just as important is the warm welcome they offer all their visitors and the positive energy Esther, their owner/manager inspires. They earnestly care for their clients.
I went to this place to get a new set of nails. They charged me $85, which I found very expensive. After 3 days, my nails were coming off. Previous to this time, the same thing had happened to me. Honestly, I came back because I thought it was a one off and because most places close on Sunday. To my surprise it wasn't. I will never go back to get my nails done here. The only thing they are decent with is with pedicures. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else.
I drove 45mins away just to come to this salon, when I arrived they refused to service me even though the salon was not closed. The lady turned her head from me as if I was not even speaking when I attempted to explained how far I drove to come to their nail salon. Poor customer service . Don't waist your time going there. Very rude people with no regards for new customers!
Worst place ever don’t go here ! they use cheap nail polish . Got my nail done on one day and next day polish starting chipping. Went back to show them ,they told me regular polish don’t last long only two days. And they call them selves fixing it by only putting polish where it was chipped instead of redoing the whole entire nail. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
Poor customer service. Ask them to wash their hands before touching my daughter's face for eyebrows and lady was upset because she stated she did was her hands... I did not see her wash her hands .. either way... make a customer feels more secure by washing your hands where they are able to see and feel comfortable. Lady told me to shut up and leave..
