Went into this shop for a cut, as soon as I entered the guy told me they close, when there was people sitting in the barber chairs and when u look up the shop is says close at 3pm. I went in at 11am .I guess they don't want my business. But I feel like it because of my skin color. I'm never going back there. Just wanted everyone to know what they are about. Its disgusting to know as a people we are fighting right now about Equality for everyone and there's people out there still acting like that....just got to say wow
I took my 5 year old son that's autistic here for a haircut, and they did a phenomenal job. They were so kind and patient with him.
Awesome barber shop. The owners are amazing, haircuts are to notch. I drive all the way from CT just to get my haircut here. Ask for Angelo or his brother, they are the best!
Terrible service. I had an appointment with Mr D for 3:30PM and I didn’t get seated till 4:15PM. Not only did he not apologize for making me wait 45 mins he said ‘ you have to wait ‘. What’s the point of making an appointment 3 days prior at a specific time when I had to wait 45 mins? He also gave me a terrible haircut and rushed it. He took 15 mins on my haircut. I asked for a low skin fade with a light trim on top and he gave me a high skin fade and took 3 inches off the top. Very unprofessional. They all sit around and blast music and take breaks in between haircuts to use their phone. Terrible service and highly unprofessional, will never be returning here. Save yourself from a bad haircut and don’t go here.
They have 2-3 good barbers that wont take new customers, they all send you to the worst guy then get angry at you for hating the haircut. If you're an old customer, good, 8f you're a new customer... Stay Away, they've gotten comfortable and dont see the value in new customers.
My first 4 cuts were great, but my 5th experience was abysmal! That is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. After my fifth cut, I can say I'll never be going back.
#5== I don't mind waiting 30, 40, or 50 min for a good hair cut, but 75, while people who have been waiting less than you get cut first, is just bad business! In each of my other 4 visits, my cuts have taken at least 40 min, today my haircut took 4, and the style was not what I wanted or expected.
Go to literally any of the other 15 barbershops in Valley stream instead of this one.
First time is went the barber I got assigned a new barber. I wanted a fade with a trim on top, No beard. The cut took 1.5 hour, ridiculous. And to top it off they charged me for the cut with beard. The cut was decent, price was too high and service was subpar, for that I give 2 stars. I would not recommend this place
Great atmosphere and great customer service, best barbers in town, definitely recommend to anyone to come get their haircuts here. I've been getting getting my haircut with them for a long looking time.
